Stopped by to get my nails done before a wedding and they could not have done a better job! They took their time adding extensions to my nail and helped me find the perfect color. I have never had a set come out so smooth when I've had extensions! Friendly conversation, very clean and gorgeously renovated space. I am from out of town but if I am ever back in Columbia I will be coming back.

Absolutely never ever coming back. I brought a picture, i asked if they could do it, and the guy said yes. He tried....then tried again....then i had to pick a new color....then he couldn't get the stickers to lay flat...in a rush, up and down paying attention to so many other things besides this, i asked to keep the same almond shape, all the nails were rush filed and round now, asked for a black tip, he told me it was the cats eye polish and ignored me. He was annoyed and apologized for being short staffed. Then he was absolutely rude to my friend beside me. She was uncomfortable and needed to calm down, we had just gotten through car trouble. He's raising his voice to cut her off when she had to pee. He made us both feel unwelcome and like we were the problem. My nails are rough, uneven, and smeared, and i would suggest that if you want any design, go somewhere else. Im mad. i can't do anything to fix it till payday. Im glad i have a dremel at home. I dont mind changing designs, but being rude was absolutely uncalled for.

First visit was Great! A very relaxing pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. Today I went back for my nails and it was amazing!! Brian was excellent and knew exactly how I wanted my nails without even knowing me for more than 5 min… I am so happy to have found a place that is welcoming and provides quality service.

Service has really gone down. Came here a lot in the past, and decided to try them out again. The last few times have not been great. My gel manicure chipped the same day (sandy redid them for free the next day and did an awesome job!). I then booked an appointment with a Becky, she never showed up.

Capital Nail & Spa is my favorite nail salon in Columbia! Everytime I go I have recieved timely service and exactly what I want for my manicure. I have acryllic nails that I get filled in once a month. The new renovations are beautiful and add to the experience.

I walked in last minute with no appointment and was quickly seen. Water, the gentlemen, took care of me and I was so extremely appreciative. I got a gel manicure and he did sb amazing job. I was in and out, he didn’t rush, and the salon was beautiful. Very kind people, this is my new nail salon now because they even do points!!

Absolutely fantastic service! The staff took their time and did an amazing job removing my cuticles. They were so friendly and I had a wonderful experience. Very relaxing and welcoming environment. Had an appointment within a day or two. All around good service and I will definitely be making Capital Nail my nail salon I went to different Salons looking for the best manicurist, and in the end I am satisfied.
