From the moment I walked in, Sara made me feel comfortable and explained the entire process in a way that made me feel confident and excited for the treatment. The Hydrafacial itself was so relaxing, and I could feel my skin instantly refreshed. The real magic happened a few days after—my skin was glowing and super soft, and it stayed that way for several days! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my complexion since then. Incredible place! Capizzi himself is great, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff are equally friendly and knowledgeable. First went for a breast aug and loved the results. Started doing under arm laser hair removal and so far the results are just as I had hoped. Definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been going to Capizzi MD for the past few years for TMJ teeth grinding treatment, and I’ve always had a good experience. I have a fear of needles, but the team is incredibly professional and makes the process quick and easy. Each treatment lasts at least four months for me, and has made a noticeable difference in reducing my jaw soreness and headaches. If you’re considering treatment for TMJ, I highly recommend them!

I would suggest being skeptical regarding the positive reviews posted about this business as they offer a $25 discount on services for a review. I sadly must admit that I fell into this trap when I first used their services. Frankly, for a physician it's sketchy at best and unethical at worst. Being new to Charlotte I was attracted by the idea of a "walk-in" botox bar only to discover that it is not truly "walk-in". I ended up making an appt and having to come back an hour later. The practitioner seemed competent, but not willing to discuss a plan with me, nor did she provide an estimate upfront, both of which I have found to be standard ethical practice. The results were noticeable but did not last the 3 plus months that is typical. I spent $250 more than it previously cost me for the same service. The front staff was barely polite, a bit condescending and inconsiderate of my time. I made an appointment for a surgical consultation and the staff assured me they would notify me if there were any changes. They did notify me alright...they cancelled the appointment as I was pulling up to the parking lot after driving 30 minutes in each direction to drop my son at childcare. When I finally saw the surgeon, the price for the procedure was literally twice that of 2 other facial surgeons. Bottom line, this is a money making office with little regard for the client. P.S.I have read the response to my post from the business and it confirms that they don't listen to the client. My post does not state anywhere that my appointment was cancelled because I didn't have childcare. What it says is, I drove a long distance to drop my son at childcare, showed up for my appointment by myself, only to find out that it had been cancelled without giving me any prior notice. I would have to guess that there was no viable explanation for doing this so they chose to make it look like it was cancelled because I didn't comply with their policy. Shame Shame on you.

Dr. Capizzi listened to me. He understood completely what I was expressing I wanted, and made it happen. My results are even better than I expected. I also felt that he was a very compassionate person, in general. I cannot praise his work ethic enough.

I had a breast augmentation and mini lift with Dr. Capizzi in September. The dr and I decided on two different implant sizes because my breasts were very uneven, and that was my main insecurity with them. When I woke up from surgery and logged into the portal to check my implant information, I saw that I had gotten the exact same size in both breasts. During my follow-up I asked the doctor why I had gotten the same size in each. He said they tried on multiple sizes and that’s what looked best. I trusted him and waited for them to drop so I could see the full result. It has been 10 months since my procedure and my breasts are just uneven as they were before surgery. I’m heartbroken. That was the one thing I wanted fixed. UPDATE: the “option” they offered me after seeing my review was for me to pay for another procedure with a discount since I am still “experiencing unevenness.” I’m not experiencing unevenness, I was given the wrong size and I cannot afford another procedure.

Capizzi may be a great surgeon but he only does one “look”. My initial visit with Dr. Capizzi was fine but fast. I went in for a breast augmentation consult and tried on sizers and was shown three different sizers to fit my body. Then was told I would be given more detail at my pre op appointment. When I went to the next appointment my file already stated I wanted the biggest size he’d shown me and a round High profile implant which was not what I wanted. I had already paid my deposit for surgery at that point (I had friends he did and they liked him, but still not the look I wanted) they refused to give me my deposit back after I was told he could not achieve the look I wanted. I didn’t want to go through with a surgery knowing I wasn’t going to get what I wanted. I also just didn’t feel comfortable in the office at that point, When I showed him inspiration pictures he quickly shut me down and told me the natural look I wanted was “so 90s”. He had the attitude of “I’ve done this for years just trust me” I felt like he wouldn’t listen to me at all. All that to say they kept my $2000 and I was really disappointed.

Feel free to go here if you don’t mind your opinions or wants for a breast augmentation being ignored and you’re fine with “just taking the docs word for it and trusting him”, and then if you decide not to do it because you’re not getting what YOU want then they just keep your money and tell you to have a nice day!

I had such a calm experience here! I loved the way my lip filler turned out! My injector was Bri, she was so professional and very very nice, it’s like I have been a patient for years 😂 I also like the aesthetic of the office! Very chill! Only thing I have to say is I think I needed more Botox to have that frozen look lol. Other than that I really like this office and my injector!

I agree with so many of these horrible reviews as years later I still cry over Dr Capizzi butchering my eyes. Scarring is beyond. I have had new consults and he did not do the proper procedures on me. He’s a terrible facial surgeon.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The nurses are very knowledgeable about injectables and the Botox Bar is very convenient.
