I’ve been seeing Jess for my hair for over 15 years. At this point, I think she knows me better than I know myself! She’s taken me from brunette to blonde and back again a few times. Now she installs and manages my extensions, which I definitely can’t live without. I recommend her to everyone I know!

Angela is the absolute best at color. Every time I go in and tell her can we do something a little different, she has a plan and executes it flawlessly. She also is great with extension and did my hair for my wedding, which I got a ton of complements on! The staff is so friendly! Highly recommend.

I have been a client at Capretti off and on for years, and I’ve always loved the atmosphere and professionalism. When I moved back to Pittsburgh full time I began seeing Renee for my haircuts and color. I can say without a doubt Renee is the best colorist and stylist I have ever seen - I’ve been coloring my hair for over two decades. The color is always fresh, natural, and rejuvenating to my hair. I get blonde highlights, and it’s a testament to the quality of the products and Renee’s skill set that my hair looks and feels *healthier* with color. Renee is also an incredible stylist who listens to my needs and goals. She is always up on trends and regularly attends education and enrichment opportunities, which I think make her a great stylist to work with. I also trust her to recommend appropriate products and tools. She is never pushy in any way whatsoever, but I’ve asked her for recommendations (hair dryer, hairbrush, and of course shampoo), and she has great taste! She’s friendly, reliable, punctual, and thoughtful. Recently I injured my back and had to cancel an appointment on the same day it was scheduled. She was so nice and accommodating, and she had me rescheduled within hours to see her two weeks later. Don’t hesitate to book at Capretti, and choose Renee as your stylist. You’ll be so happy, and you’ll look FABULOUS!

I have been coming to see Angela for about a year now. Each appointment I am greeted as soon as I walk in and asked if I would like a refreshment while I wait as I am typically early for my appointment. Angela always does a fantastic job with my hair! I get nothing but compliments! The salon is inviting and has such a friendly vibe and is always super clean!

I visited for a men's haircut, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The stylist was attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted.The attention to detail was impressive and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. Jessica is the absolute best! I’ve been wanting to color my hair my whole life, and am recently postpartum and I needed something different, but only wanted to do it if I could go to Jessica, and she killed it! I needed this change up so much and have never been more in love with my hair and how I feel. I cannot say enough how wonderful she is both at her job and as a person! I showed her some pictures of what I liked, but ultimately trusted her to do her thing since I really didn’t know what to ask for because I’ve never dyed my hair, and she 100% took the inspo and delivered in a way I couldn’t have even expected! I could go on and on with so many things to say about her, her work, and my overall experience! So excited to continue coming to her for anything and everything!

When I moved back to Pittsburgh in 2018, I started going to Rachel S. at Capretti & Co., and I've never looked back! Even after relocating to a new neighborhood, I knew I wanted to keep seeing Rachel for cuts, color, and waxing. She's not only reliable but gives honest advice, has an incredible eye for color and design, and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. Plus, I love that Capretti & Co. carries all the Aveda products I need. The salon is easy to get to and offers convenient evening and weekend hours. I truly couldn’t speak more highly of my experiences with them!

I have been going to Capretti for over 5 years now and Mackenzie has been my stylist the entire time. She is wonderful to work with and made me feel very comfortable as someone who was new to coloring their hair. Over the years she has worked with me to find colors that match my style, personality, and complexion. With coloring, cutting, and styling, she always listens my thoughts and provides helpful feedback to ensure it will look good and it always comes out amazing! Mackenzie is always so bubbly and friendly and I genuinely look forward to my appointments with her!

I love the high end style experience of this place! Beautiful salon! They give a free neck massage that is included with my appointment and they also have a coffee/tea bar with snacks too. I feel like I get a VIP experience when I am here:)
