Best customer service ever! I broke a French tip on my 5 day-old French manicure. They repaired it with no charge. The next day I broke two more. They took care of me and offered me a switch to a solid gel manicure. Everyone, the receptionist, the nail technician and all the managers were very polite and empathetic to my situation. Their attitude about helping me was fantastic! I highly recommend you visit this beautiful spa. It is impeccably organized and well managed. Thank you Capri Nail Spa, my nails look great!

A Delightful Experience Capri Nail Salon 1/30/25 This is my third time and I wanted to do something for a lunar year! They did an amazing job!! This is my second time coming here! The experience has been the same calling to make my appointment. I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine friendliness from the staff. They immediately made me feel welcome, which set the tone for the rest of my visit. They offered me a passion /peach hot tea that was absolutely delightful—just the right touch of sweetness and warmth, perfect for relaxing during my appointment. My tech took great care to ensure my nails were done to perfection. The attention to detail was unmatched, and they constantly checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the progress. The end result was stunning—exactly what I wanted, if not better. I also couldn’t help but notice how spotless and organized the salon was. Every station was clean, tools were sanitized, and the overall atmosphere felt fresh and inviting. It’s clear they prioritize hygiene and comfort, which is a big plus in my book. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends!

Every time I go I feel like I’m having my own personal spa day and I am so pampered and treated well! Anytime I bring an idea for a nail design they are able to executed perfectly. I highly recommend this salon.

I am very disappointed in the management. I was told the day I left my appointment that I could come back and get my nails redone for free since I did not like them and they did not have time to fix them. I came back six days later and got my nails fixed by a different nail technician (not by choice) and got a bill for $50. I ended up having to pay for something I was promised it was free. I explained to them in the beginning when I first got in to Ben, the Asian receptionist, about what had happened and he said that’s fine. Ben told Mr Binh( might have gotten his name wrong) what was wrong with my nails and he didn’t say anything at all except told me to wait in the little lobby. Afterwards, he sat me down with Stacy and was telling me how these workers are paid. I’m sorry why does it matter how the nail text are being paid he later went on to explain that now he has to take a pay difference because he has to give me a discount on the management side since they get a percentage of what they make and yada yada yada. I’m here like okay? What does that have to do with me? Stacy was absolutely amazing. She did an amazing job and I loved it. Skip to the end I have a bill of $50 and now I’m confused. I was told I was gonna get my nails done for free. I did not get a refill and my issues with my nails got fixed so why am I paying $50? He said my nails didn’t break therefore it is not covered. That is not what the women Asian receptionist told me. Second of all the design of the nail was snagging on everything after less than a week and it was glued to my cuticles and started lifting after LESS THEN A WEEK! so that becomes a nail issue and it should’ve been covered, but instead the manager went on about how these ladies are not paid by the hour, and they should get compensated for their time. Which from the beginning he should’ve said something instead of saying OK, let’s get your nails fixed. That was misleading in the first place second of all, Miss Ashley, my original nail tech told him it’s OK just take the money from my end and give it to Stacy so that she( me) doesn’t have to pay. Mr. Binh gladly accepted and still made me pay. Like really, Mr. Binh?! I get you’re running a business but umm your FRONT staff told me to come back within 7 days to get it fix for free. Your nail tech told you to just take the money from her end to give to Stacy and that wasn’t enough for you? You have to find a way so that you, the company, can double dip!! How are you going to tell people it’s covered within 7 days and now go back on it? Is it my fault the nail is lifting or snagging onto my hair? I paid well over $100 for my nails and you can’t fix the mistake? On top of that where is it supposed a discount? The slip said $50. I paid in full and tip… where is this supposed “discount”? The audacity of the manager is absolutely ridiculous. If you’re looking for a place with good management and up hold their 7 day warranty, DO NOT GO HERE! Management just want to take your money no matter who they screw over. Especially Mr. Binh. He would rather lose a whole customer and keep 40% of his/(company’s) earnings than lose.. that’s only $20. $30 of the $50 went to Stacy which Ms. Ashley covered for it…. But no.. ridiculous.

Today was my first visit and Cindy did a phenomenal job on with my Mani/Pedi! I'll certainly be back... every 2 weeks! Awesome job Capri!! ✌🏿🫶🏿 I'm a regular now with Cindy and just like always, she was spectacular... AGAIN!!

First time visiting and it was a Saturday. I was there for 2.5 hrs for a French tip shellac pedicure. The wait was longer than expected, but I didn’t mind seeing that Saturdays are the busiest days and I didn’t have an appointment. The Pedicure chairs were very close together causing me to have to share the drinks table with the person next to me. I suggest they spread them out or reconfigure them throughout. I will return but come during the week when it’s less busy and for sure schedule an appointment. Overall, the service was amazing and I appreciated the attentiveness from the receptionist, hostesses, manager, and my nail tech, Michael. I took a phone call and needed to step outside, and the hostess thought I was leaving due to the wait. She kindly came outside and immediately found a seat for me, which was greatly appreciated and I also witnessed the manager doing the same on another occasion.

Second update : this time we went for a family pedicure :) my daughter got the kids pedicure for $20 plus $6 for nail art. Nail art was super cute and my daughter loved it. Pedicure itself was very brief barely like 10 mins probably less. Not sure if it was worth $20. Update: visited a second time here today and Crystal did my pedicure! She was amazing!!! Never felt rushed and took her time. Also explained me on the dead skin process. I will make sure to only request for her on my next visits! Decided to try this place seeing the high rating and wasnt disappointed. Was able to get a pedicure appointment same day and Kim did a great job. The place was clean and pretty busy for a wednesday evening which shows that people love this place. Pricing is decent and first time customers get a 10% off which was nice. I got the signature pedicure which was very relaxing and never felt rushed. They have a nice beverage menu and was pleasantly surprised to see vietnamese coffee on the menu. Ordered that and it tasted delicious! I guess I will become a regular here :) i do wish they had under the desk dryer fans for nail paint to dry quicker.

Exceptional service! The manager is great. He is willing to make accommodations for different situations. I love the customer service and free drinks! CINDY is the best. Love her attention to detail and the way she listens to what you want. If you visit here, ask for CINDY!!

This was my first visit to Capri Spa &Nails. I went in requesting Dip nails with cat eye gel color. Tina listened what I wanted and asked about what I liked/didn't like about past nails (gel x, dip acrylics) She suggested BUILDER GEL nails with a short tip and I am so stinking happy!!!! They are very light but very strong. They aren't thick and feel natural. And if I wasn't already happy Tina was able to recreate the color I chose when she discovered it was out of stock. It's a beautiful salon. Everyone is so attentive. I have definitely found my new nail salon

Clean and very professional staff. Tried the Jelly foot bath pedicure. It was very relaxing and the tech took a great care of us. The place was spacious and full on a Friday evening, so clearly they were doing things right.

Danny is an excellent person to welcome you into this lovely nail salon. It's unexpectedly located on 529 in the Elyson section of Katy. Anna offers an exceptional pedicure, while Cindy did my 💅festive fingers! Karmen came with a tasty cocktail 🍸 Very good use of your time in the busy season! Treat yourself to an experience at Capri! They offer easy online scheduling with a text reminder! BTW, as a new client, I was offered a 10% discount! In addition a lovely wrapped 🎄Christmas 🎁 gift!

Let me tell you! This is the BEST nail shop in Katy Texas! I walked in this evening and the nail shop was so crowded! Danny, the Manager had everything running smoothly! He was actually fixing a customers nails and I’ve never seen that before. The shop is always clean! Everyone from the front desk personnel to the people behind the bar are great! Henry! Thank you for being consistent doing my nails for the entire 2024!!!!! And shout out to Sue for doing my pedi perfect! Happy New Year Capri Nails!! See you in 2025! Anna did so good on my pedicure it was my first time there. I haven’t gotten one done in a long time and left with my toes looking super cute plus they offered me drinks as soon as I got there super clean and friendly staff will be back
