From their attention to detail to getting your color just right to the perfect cut to the best blowouts, they are the best of the best. I’ve been seeing Katy for two years and she is such a gem and performs hair color magic! I have the most gorgeous color melt ombré going on and I absolutely love it. My cut is fabulous, too. Talented, loving, and hilarious. So grateful for Capricci Ricci and staff. Thank you!

Love coming to the salon! Everyone here is professional, but so nice. I have been with the same stylist for 25 years now and we have done every hair style for my type of hair. She has always been honest and told me what will work and what wouldn't. In fact they all follow that policy. Excellent people Excellent service Excellent hair!!! A perfect 10!

Gerilyn is amazing and so so talented. She’s pretty booked but willing to work with your time/schedule and she’s worth it even if you have to wait months for an appointment. Warm and welcoming staff. Everyone was super sweet. I won’t be going anywhere else!

Have gotten my hair dyed by both Sarah and Lindsay, and both have done a phenomenal job and have gone above and beyond to make sure my hair comes out beautiful every time :) lovely staff and stylists and an overall great vibe!!

I had an incredible experience with Lindsay! She skillfully transformed my nearly black hair into a vibrant rainbow in just one appointment. From the moment I arrived, I felt a great connection with her, and the salon’s welcoming atmosphere only enhanced the experience. They even provided drinks and snacks, making the lengthy appointment enjoyable. The staff were friendly, and when I mentioned fairy hair, she immediately had another stylist accommodate my request. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience!

Today I booked at Ricci Capricci for partial head highlights, haircut and blowdry. Place is cleaned, nice and employees usually kind. However today after a discussion with the stylist on how I would have liked my hair to look, accepting also recommendations, I went through the hair highlights and after 2 hours on that, shampoo and toner, I saw my hair blonder than I was expecting, therefore I expressed my disappointment to the stylist that while removing the apron she told me that I could leave if I wasn’t happy. So I obviously stood up and left with my hair dripping with water. I’m astonished and not expecting a treatment like this at all especially in a salon in Winter Park. I paid for the service provided and I left truly disappointed!

Hands down the best salon ever! I say this solely due to my stylist Olivia. Olivia went above and beyond to make me look and feel beautiful. She truly is a blonde specialist who knows what she is doing. I will never go to another salon as long as I have Olivia to do my hair! Amazing! Wonderful! 10/10 would recommend

All the hair stylists are A+ but Amy is my hair stylist and she does such a wonderful job on my hair and I always walk out of the salon with a smile on my face! The Capricci Ricci staff rocks! ❤️

Hands down the best salon I have ever been to. Amazing and calm atmosphere and since of covid-19 there is a lot of safety precautions like temperature check and hand sanitizer stations throughout and also everyone has to wear a mask. My stylist is Alejandro and he is wonderful, the care he gives to his clients and he also explains throughout the process what he's going to use and what those products are for. The salon is located on the second floor.

Whoever Lauren Story is she needs a promotion or a raise ASAP she was funny, kind and up to date on memes. She offered me a coke and constantly commenting hair saying “I’m jealous of your hair” and it sounded real if your seeing this you deserve a massive raise. 5/5 could come again (Edit) dec 21 2020 She was very nice and still deserves a promotion whatsoever
