Despite some confusion on the scheduled appointment I made online (last minute), Haydee was kind enough to honor the appointment and gave me a haircut that fit my hair type. Kind people with pride in th work they do.

I was satisfied with the "day of" attention and care I received. It was the second best wash and scalp massage I have ever had. I returned the following week because the right side of my hair was about 1 inch longer than the left. The stylist originally tried fixing another cut I had received, and the time it took was a lot. I believe she simply overlooked coming back to the front to confirm it was even. No big, she fixed it in about 15 minutes. One week later and it was easy to camouflage with a headband. Now it is most excellent and will be returning happily!

Five stars, and they deserve more. This is an excellent place. I would highly no better than strongly recommend them. The atmosphere is lovely. I love the energy and the people that work there. They are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable when it comes to hair. A friend recommended me to Haydee. Well, Haydee has a client for life. Thank you for taking care of my hair. My daughter is a client of Haydee as well now. Your customer service is on point. Suppose you are searching for a salon that understands natural or any hair. You need to check out Capriccio. I Love them.

I loved the outcome of my hair at Capriccio Salon! Everyone was very welcoming, the prices were reasonable, and the hair stylist did a fantastic job coloring and straightening my thick curly hair! I will definitely be back!

Charged me $25 for a wash. Then had the nerve to try to man handle me and I had to ask her to please do not be rough with putting your hands on me.

I called the morning of and asked if they had any appointments for the week. The lady on the phone asked me if I could be there by 11:30 I told her yes and was there. Before I even got my hair wash she started to complain about how she was "not going to be detangling my hair for hours" and began to tell me the price would change because my hair was long and thick which was very off putting. She never asked the question of the conditions of my hair when taking my name over the phone. She then starts to tell me how she wasn't aware that this was going to take hours and she will need to work around her client at 1. She then starts to detangle my natural 4C hair and tells me next time I need to wash and detangle my own hair beforehand which is unacceptable. She also called my hair not "Normal". My natural hair is as normal as anyone else who comes into that salon as it is how it grows out of my scalp. If I am already being charged an upcharge due to my hair being in it's untreated natural state + long + thick then they should have the common decency to keep their negative comments to themselves as they do not make us THE CUSTOMERS feel confident and want to come back. I will not be using this salon again.

I love love this place ! Alba is a rock star , my blow outs are always on point and my color is always flawless. I will not let anyone else touch my hair ! I ve been going here for six years now . The best place in town . The love, the family and vibes are always good there ! !

I got exactly what I didn't ask for, the complete opposite of what I wanted. I was so shook up, I just paid and walked away. Walked in with brown straight hair, walked out with brown straight hair, I was coming in for blond highlights!! I wanted to style some curls in the back, it was blown out straight.. She said my hair was cut weird, I agree! And she had done it, I asked what look was she going for? I want my blond hair back! Is that so hard? Maybe because I was white, they over charged and butchered my hair....I have to live like this to it grows out, go at your own risk. Not nice people, I can manage some Spanish, they talked about me the whole time. It was nightmare!!!!! They keep trying to bury this review, please read all of them, I'm not alone!!!

I have been coming here for 5 years. My hair growth is amazing. I get a blowout with Haydee every 2 weeks. I never have to wait to be see at my appointment time. Everyone is very nice and friendly. It's a family owned business. This is a very welcoming place. On the rare occasions Haydee couldnt do my hair, I had the option of being seen by the other stylists. I drive 40 minutes every 2 weeks to come here because it is worth it.

I have been coming to this salon for 8-9 years and there is a reason for that. Once I find something that treats me like luxury nd takes genuine care in my well-being, there is no reason to look further. Haydee has been my stylist for the majority of those years. She is the best. She had been trying to get me to do the keratin treatment for years but I was always so scared that A) I would have to stop getting perms. B) It would be unmanageable and C) because of all of the horror stories I'd read. But the kertin treatment has come so far over the years. I've been getting them done for almost two years and my hair is the longest it's ever been. I've been fully natural for 1.5 years. That was after transitioning for 2 years and Haydee took very good care of both textures as I was going through the journey. She did my big (small) chop and I haven't looked back. The keratin doesn't ruin my curl pattern. It reverts right back as soon as it's washed and my hair follicles are stronger than ever. I hardly EVER shed. This salon is the best. The keratin treatment, I love! And the experience is here is worth every penny! Family owned and beautiful people. Everyone that works there is incredible. I'll never think of going anywhere else.

My daughter had the biggest knot in her hair to the point it dreaded up, and was so scared of how painful it would be to get out. This was her first time at Capriccio and now we are customers for life! The salon is so clean and the staff was very nice! I can’t tell you how AMAZING our stylist, Janet, was! She was so gentle and took her time to cut as least as possible to save my daughters hair. She made sure she was doing ok throughout the two hour process. I will be forever grateful for her! My daughter loves her new hairstyle now. Thank you so much Janet and Capriccio. God bless.
