I often come here every two months for my retouches, and they always do a fantastic job coloring my roots. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! The salon is clean and newly remodeled, making it my favorite place to get my hair done.

Love this salon .Even though the original owner Eloise left . You guys do an amazing job . They have the best service . The owner is very nice pleasant , very respectful. My hair is always soft and silky every time I get my silk press . My hair is growing healthier and longer from going to this salon . Thank you soo much Angie and Eloise . Thank you

I’ve visited this salon for the past 3 months and it’s been an amazing experience every single time, despite the change in management from Eloise to Evangeline, you’ll get the same touch notch service. I cannot believe how this transition worked out so well. Evangeline is professional and very caring. She also listened to my specific needs and tailored my visit accordingly. Highly recommend!

Angie is very good with hair I was worried my hair would be damaged from the bleach and color but my curls remained and the blow out is awesome !! And I felt right at home and for my new Yorkers definitely feels like the salons at home

Eloisa is a magician with her hands!!!! she leaves my over processed hair (that I did myself 🤦🏽‍♀️) hair feeling like doll hair. I have been to many many salons throughout Charlotte and I ALWAYS come back and fall in love all over again!! First time doing a blowout with color so i was very scared! Walked in not knowing what to do but Eloisa was bomb!! She said trust me and that i did. My hair came out great. I have been going to Caribbean Queen Beauty Salon for about 2 years now. I absolutely love Eloisa and her work ethic..🫶🏽 Eloisa is the only person her in Charlotte that can get my hair straight and healthy looking with jus a wash, blow dryer, and flat irons. Now keep in mind I have natural , really thick and course hair. I come in with my hair looking a complete mess and I leave with amazing looking hair. If you’re in the Charlotte area and are looking for a really nice blow out and color come to Caribbean Queen Beauty salon. I promise you will not regret it.. 😁

This is my second time with Eloisa and I can honestly she is the best stylist. She’s attentive, bubbly, and knowledgeable about natural hair. Believe me when I say you won’t regret coming to her to get your hair done. Definitely coming back!

As a loyal, 6 year consistent customer who’s been coming here since high school 2019, I will not be coming here anymore. I’ve let a lot of stuff slide each time I’ve come here for an appointment, down to waiting 35 minutes to an hour just to get washed and started on my hair when there’s sometimes nothing but 1 other customer in the whole salon, a customers kid playing in my hair bowl while my hair is getting washed, doing someone's feet, then jumping back to touch my hair without washing your hands, which is very unsanitary, and the list goes on. This is the last strike for me. The first big main issue I ever had was when Eloisa had an old assistant wash my hair. I’ve spoken up too many times because of incidents like this. This is exactly why I tell her I don’t want anybody but her to touch my hair , and every time someone else does my hair, such as wash, it’s ALWAYS AN ISSUE. So the first assistant she had washed my hair, a few days later, my scalp was burning. I called Eloisa to let her know that something was wrong. She said maybe it’s allergies, so I went to buy allergy pills for no reason, thinking it was an allergic reaction but the assistant didn’t wash the shampoo all the way out my hair. My hair is very thick and natural; you can’t just rinse; you have to thoroughly wash and rinse. So Eloisa did redo my hair, and it was a perfectly fine. Ok cool! At my next appointment, Eloisa had her mom wash my hair, and my hair was still dirty, itchy, and matted like a wet dog when she finished. I was very annoyed and upset waiting to get in Eloisa's chair to explain to her that my hair wasn’t washed correctly and that it’s tangled. Once again, Eloisa had to rewash and detangle my hair the correct way because someone else ONCE AGAIN didn’t properly do it correctly. It's ridiculous at this point. I shouldn’t have to keep repeating myself about why I don’t want these extra people touching my hair. I’ve had more than enough incidents to where that should’ve been taken into consideration along with me voicing that MANY TIMES BEFORE. So the next appointment I had, which was Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024, one of the same issues occurred. I got my hair washed by Eloisa, her mom rinsed out the deep conditioner, which hadn’t fully been washed out my hair ONCE AGAIN. The same night I wrapped my hair, it was very sore, and the next day my scalp was burning like ants were crawling all over it for days straight. My birthday was 2 days away and I had to be uncomfortable with a painful scalp on my birthday on top of that so thanks for that , I had the same symptoms the first time this happened when my hair wasn’t thoroughly rinsed. I reached out to Eloisa a week later , January 30th, because I am courteous she said she wouldn’t be at her shop for a week, so I sent photos and a message explaining what’s going on as a week passed. It is now thursday, February 1st, and still no response. At this point, I don’t even want a response, unprofessional and not a good look for a business regardless if you’re out of the shop a simple little response back would’ve been considerate at the least a “I’ll get back with you once I’m back in the shop” would’ve been somewhat fine with me considering the situation and my scalp feels like it’s burning off. You’d think at least being a long-time loyal client of 6-7 years, people would show more sympathy, especially when I’m spending my hard earned money just to get ridiculous results and an uncomfortable feeling on my scalp, not once but twice after I have been very vocal about letting other people touch my hair. I didn’t spend almost $100 to get my hair done just to have to redo it and wash it myself 7 days later because of someone else’s mistake. My scalp is still itchy, flaky and still sore. A waste of my time and money RIDICULOUS!!!!! I still gave this salon another chance time after time, so I’m done coming here all together so I can keep the hair on my head before I end up being bald with a constant burning scalp.

Ms. Eloisa is one of the few people I trust with my hair. She lets you know what she is doing and genuinely values the health of your hair. As someone with veryyy thick coily hair, she is experienced with my hair type which is hard to find.

The Photos don’t do my hair justice! I’ve had the best experience here! Nervous at first , with my never-dyed natural hair! Miss Eloisa did an amazing job! The experience was fantastic, and the blowout was exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail and skill truly stood out. Eloisa is amazing. Soon as you walk into the salon she greets you with a smile and positive energy. She makes sure your hair is HEALTHY first. She takes her time to do your hair no matter how busy she is and she is just outstanding. I have been to many places to get my natural hair blown out but I have never had someone make it look so beautiful and my curls come back every time - no damage is ever done.

I love coming here but I wish the hours that were advertised on her door and on Google were actually the hours of operation. Her hours say she is open til 7pm, it’s currently 5:45 and she says she is closed for the day. But I’ll try to return when hours permit

Today I killed two birds with the same stone. I found heaven's place in earth to eat sea food( Boca Marina) and also found a place that really cares about taking care of your hair needs ( Caribean Queen) . Thank you Eloisa for all your help!
