I am go their occasionally, and each time I am there the Stylists and Staff are ALWAYS friendly. They are professional and it a fun environment and I am always pleased with the results. Every Hair Stylist is Licensed and experienced with hair types and styles. You WILL NOT be dissapointed. 👌🏽👌🏽💞💞

I love going to this place. Any and every stylist take such good care of my hair while blow drying it. They're very gentle and thorough with my strands, leaving my hair thick and healthy even after my blowout is no longer fresh. I've been going for years, and the care still remains top tier! They also are flexible with last minute appointments and are very friendly/approachable. The salon itself is always very clean and there are usually adequate staff every shift, so I'm always able to get my hair done in a timely fashion.

Have been going to this salon for 5 years. Every time I go the prices different today, they wanted to charge my daughter one hundred and fifty dollars for wash and set with a rinse. My daughter is African American with long hair, yet puerto rican hair is also long and thick. They dont charge them $150, and they spend more time blow drying their hair. They say because she has a lot of hair. It was the owner Maria. The stylist didn't agree with the charge but because she owned it, they just kept silent. Won't be back.

If you are black and have lots of thick hair please don’t go to this salon. I’ve been going here for at least 5 years and my hair has never been more than $70. Today I got a RINSE and a REGULAR wash and set and they tried to charge me $150 dollars!! Even when they have a sign up that says the price of a rinse and wash and set ranges from $70-$90. Even though I have a lot of hair it’s still mid back length. I saw multiple women come in with butt length hair and can assure you that they did not pay over $100. Felt very discriminated against and definitely won’t be back.

I am a natural hair girlie (no relaxer) with heat trained hair. I have been coming here for a few months now with no particular stylist preference and have been loving the results. The ladies here are efficient in washing, rolling, and blowing your hair. My blowout always lasts and looks great. Their efficiency helps me to get in and out in a timely fashion, especially if you go during non peak days. Loving the results.

Great prices, and I love my hair every time. Update: Transitioning to natural hair over this past year. My hair has been braided every few months. After each takedown I go here. I don’t feel judged, and Dorca does the best shampoo and detangle. She takes her time and doesn’t rush through it. I’ve had my hair blown out by almost everyone in the shop ( I’m not too particular about that) and they all do an amazing job. You can tell they really care about how it looks and feels.

It's the worst place to go to. If you have natural hair they don't know how to dye hair. I went there to get my hair dye black. My roots were gray. As they were blown drying my hair I see the dye didn't take.when I pointed it out she had the nerve to say because she was blow drying my hair that's why my roots look like that.then all of a sudden they started speaking Spanish. And didn't understand what I was talking about. Then she had nerve to say let me dye it again. WARNING ⚠️ IF YOU ARE ELDERLY AND DON'T SPEAK SPANISH DON'T GO THERE!!! .P.S I DID PAY BECAUSE I WAS AFRAID OF MY SAFETY. AND I DEFINITELY REPORTED TO THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

I decided to go to Caribbean Style for the first time for color, trim, set and blow dry. Called the same morning to ensure availability and when I arrived they remembered I had called. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and everyone was so kind and welcoming. All the customers looked happy to be receiving their services which also made me feel confident I made the right choice. Then Ana and Claribel helped me sort out the best shade of hair color for the look I desired — perfect recommendation. I’ve never received a color application and wash so thorough as what I received from Ana that day. She took her time and did it right!! Not a single drop of hair dye down my face or on my clothes as with other salons. Then I was moved to Claribel’s chair. She was also very friendly and welcoming. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and checked with me when she was trimming the hair around my face to make sure I approved if the length before closing her scissors to trim. Such a big deal because most salons don’t listen to the customer and trim way too much. The trim was very thorough and my roller set was too! When I had finished drying, my hair looked GORGEOUS fresh out the rollers. I came in for a straight look so Claribel blow dried it straight with a healthy bump on the ends. This was literally the BEST hair service I’ve ever received!!! I tipped $40 and would’ve done even more if I had it! They have a new forever customer in me as long as I live in Brooklyn! ❤️❤️❤️

I saw a few natural hair ladies so I assumed they were good. They are just as unknowledgable about natural hair as when I transitioned back to natural hair. great for relaxed ladies.

I went here to get my hair done just to try a new style and ended up loving the look. Very professional place to get your hair done. The hairstylists are nice and understand how a business should be run. If you need to get your hair done this is the location to do it at.

I’ve came here more than once but the thing that kills my experience here every single time is the ladies who wash my hair. Being a natural with curls it’s already hard to find people who know how to properly take their time with your hair but this same wash lady fights with my hair every time I get to her bowl. I come with my hair in twists and detangled to make the process easier on them and she still complains and says next time I need to come combed out. And the whole time she’s doing my hair she’s yanking my hair, and washing it so hard that my neck hurts. Not knowing how to accommodate all guests who don’t have fine, relaxed hair is unacceptable.

The atmosphere speaks for it self. The owners as well as the employees always have a smile on their faces. No matter what style you want they accommodate. As a customer that is extremely picky on what she wants, they have always exceeded my expectations. I am always complimented on my hair, and asked where did you get it done? This is my go to salon! The stylists are amazing and does an excellent job with my hair. They're usually pretty busy on the weekends, but it's worth the wait. I usually go to Clari, she is amazing, but they're all fantastic!
