Rebecca is a phenomenal stylist! From the consultation to the day of service her optimism and engagement made me comfortable to allow her to color/highlight my hair. Staff overall was very kind and helpful to one another and the salon of course was very orderly and clean. Will definitely be working with Rebecca in the future!

I’ve been coming here for years. The stylists are professionals at their craft. Special care and attention is always taken when transitioning between colors. Sara and Rebecca have transformed my hair from Blonde highlights, to full Barbie, Rocking Red to playful pinks and peaches. Hair should be FUN and these ladies always make it a JOY! DON’T GO HERE FOR A BLEACH OR FULL BLEACH. I came in recently to try and go platinum from heavily dyed hair, assuming I wouldn’t reach my desired result in one session. I ended up at a light brown ish color with some brassy undertones almost 4 hours later, which I was expecting, but it wasn’t the color that i’m upset about. They had an apprentice bleaching my hair, I won’t say her name because she was sweet but if you must go here for a bleach make sure it’s getting done by someone who has experience. I get wanting to give apprentice’s real clients to practice on to help their progression into the field, but they could’ve at least taken the time to have someone stand over by us checking her work. There was another lady helping at first but it didn’t take long for her to go, and she seemed nervous when she did. I mean the apprentice lady was even talking about how she had never had any blonde customers or customers going blonde, that should’ve been my first sign to stop the process asap. She scrubbed the bleach into my scalp when we got to my roots and now I have chemical burns on the top of my head and probably half the amount of hair I had before. (I had a LOT of hair, it took about 3-4 bowls of bleach to finish my whole head.) But now theres a big scab covering a big section of my hair, luckily I still have hair over it. As well as scabs all under my hair now. I never really have scalp problems but this is the most traumatic hair experience i’ve had so far. Pictures are bad quality as you can’t really see the huge wounds under my hair but you can see the redness peeking out a bit. Please don’t go here, and if you must, please make sure you get someone who isn’t an apprentice. Learn from my mistakes please.

Had my hair cut here a few times over the years. There is no sense of consistency. One will wash & blowout hair and the other won't. One will teach you about products and another ignores them. The price is always the same high price, even if they act inconvenienced to wash your hair. I am not sure why I gave them another shot but it was the last time I will ever spend my money here.

Rebecca is a wonderful hair stylist at Carmen! Carmen! She listens to her clients and works really hard to get the cut and style that her clients desire. She is very friendly, personable and professional! Her prices are also very reasonable. Thanks Rebecca for always making me look great!! Sarah is amazing. Very polite, friendly, informative, and my neurodivergent kid will only let Sarah do their haircuts. We always say what we want done and she does it perfect every time. She will give advice when needed and always asks before trying something different. I highly recommend her. She's also really good with curly hair (she does my mom's hair as well).

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Liz is amazing! Been going here for years and I enjoy it. The building is a bit dated and needs some upgrades but they keep their area clean and comfortable.

Rebecca is AMAZING! I almost don’t even want to leave a review for her because I want to keep her availability for myself!!! If you’re looking for someone who knows thick hair (and I mean thick), go see her. She can color and style like crazy, and she doesn’t leave your hair where the cut looks off after you wash it. She cuts my husband’s hair as well and does great - he has a thicker, medium-length fade and she knows exactly what he wants when he comes in. Plus she’s so much fun to talk to!
