Really disappointing customer service. Spent a week trying to make an appointment and just gave up and went to another salon. I understand being too busy and not taking new clients that should be communicated if that is the case. I spent time calling and responding to text messages combing through my week to pick out times that could work because none were offered just to be ignored. I also called multiple times after my texts were left of read, thinking it might have just been lost but still nothing. Also I was very prompt to respond after 3 messages back and forth trying to book an appointment I was ghosted. If you have all the customers you need and don’t need my business communicate it like a business own, choosing to ignore a new customer after starting a text conversation isn’t how a good business offering a service should run. My experience shows no evidence of a 4+⭐️ star rated salon Maybe I will get a response here?

I had such a wonderful hair cut and style from Amber! She listened to me, looked at my inspo pics and gave me exact what I expected! Treat your stylist with respect ppl because they are human too!

I had a wonderful experience here yesterday! I really love the salon and Amber gave me a wonderful haircut. She was super bubbly and really listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend the place.

I reached out to this salon several times to make an appointment. I filled out the form on their website twice and never heard back. It’s been a month since I inquired and I guess they don’t want new business.

Amber did such a wonderful job with my haircut! She was very inviting and easy to talk to. The whole salon had a very down-to-earth vibe and I loved it. I will definitely be coming back!

Amber was amazing!!Super friendly and gave me a cut that I love. I appreciate a stylist that really cares about her work and I love love love my hair cut. I feel like a brand new woman lol. I do look forward to coming back and having Amber do her hair magic in the future. The vibe of the salon is so my style as well. Love how calm yet friendly the environment is. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience!

Jessica is a sculptor with her little razor! She can shape any length of hair (from pixie cuts to really long hair), and has an amazing eye for color. I'm sure the other stylists here are supremely talented, but I'm not gonna be giving anyone else a chance so long as Jess is around. I'm sooooo happy she's back!

I love Carol and Betty's! Jessica is amazing! I started going to her when I moved to Atlanta last year, and she nails it every time! I love that I can refill my Bumble and Bumble stuff while I'm there, too. Parking is easy, super cute space!

I’m almost 30 and I’ve never had a second cut with any hair stylist. I just got my haircut with Jess and booked my second appointment and can’t wait for it! My hair looks amazing, she listened to what I wanted and what I needed (low maintenance) and we had a blast. Feel like a new person and can’t recommend the salon and Jess enough!

Marie is the absolute best. So talented and she is hilarious. Have seen her for years and always look forward to it. She can handle my thick hair. Only person I have ever felt comfortable enough with to tell them they can do whatever they want. Very safe during Covid!

A gorgeous salon with incredibly friendly and caring staff. Keith was lovely and did an amazing job with my cut and style! The whole salon is taking precautions to make sure every surface and person is safe and sanitized with COVID 19 going on. I could not recommend them enough!!!

Keith 😍🤩🤩 I'm not sure I can say much more than that. Whenever I come here, I am purely pampered. I feel very safe with the way they are handling covid guidelines, hairdressers take their time and make you feel like you are the only client in the world. Worth. Every. Penny.

I was recommended to Carol and Betty’s Salon after my longtime stylist left Van Michael in Buckhead. I absolutely love my experience every single time I get my haircut at Carol and Betty’s. They have perfected the customer experience with unmatched client service, great amenities and such a fun environment. I couldn’t be happier to now call Carol and Betty’s my go-to salon and will be seeing my stylist here - Andrew - for a long, long time. 100% rating!
