Carol is the kind of hair dresser you follow from chair to chair! No matter where she sets up shop, she makes it feel like a home and gives terrific results time and time again! I've been trusting her with my hair for almost 6 years now. From coloring to treatments, to textures, to scalp issues/ repair, to extensions, to styling, hair cuts, and all the above and beyond. She has shaved designs in the side of my hair and painted/ hair colored designs in the side of hair/ head. Beautiful vision, trustworthy, and all-around wonderful at her trade.

Carol was amazing! My hair is extremely long and tangles more than you can ever imagine. She spent her time on it, and it looks so much better after being trimmed. Not only that, but the head massage was phenomenal! Definitely coming back when it’s time to donate my hair.

I just moved to the area and have naturally curly hair, so I always get nervous when someone new does my hair. Carol has tons of experience, so I knew I was in good hands from the get go — however, she totally exceeded my expectations! I absolutely love my color and cut she did on me. I went in not having an exact vision in mind, but we talked everything through and my hair turned out great. 12/10 recommend Carol. I will definitely be going back

this was my first time getting my hair done and it was the best experience ever! I got a foot massage and my hair done that the same time! So relaxing and refreshing and my hair looked awesome!! Definitely will be back!!

Carol is the only person I will let cut and color or highlight my hair. She always seems to know what to do even when I don’t do a very good job of articulating what I want. She’s truly skilled at what she does and you can tell that she loves helping her clients achieve their hair goals. You will never leave her chair disappointed. I’ll be her client for as long as she keeps doing her thing!

I absolutely trust Carol with my coloring and cutting needs. If you want advice or ideas she doesn't hesitate but if you know you want she goes with that as well. She's also cut my fine-haired blonde teen boys hair with ease which is hard to find. She's down to earth, open and honest and easy to spend time with. I followed her from Sevierville to Knoxville as proof!

If you are looking for a hair stylist who truly wants to achieve your hair goals, you’ve found the right person! Carol is amazing and helped fix a botched coloring from a different salon. She listened to what I wanted done and let me know what steps she would take to get to where I wanted. She also is so friendly and caring and a great person to talk to. I cannot wait to be back in Carol’s chair! I left my hair appointment feeling pretty and confident, and every person deserves to feel like that after getting their hair done.

The first time I sat in Carol’s chair I told her I was chasing the high of a haircut I had years before that no one else could get right again and boy did she deliver! Carol is my hair go-to! My hair takes hourssss and I love coming here for the vibe. Time flies when I’m sipping a cute complimentary mocktail & talking with my hair therapist. My great lengths extensions feel and look so natural!! I always leave so, so happy! I love that I found a place that does it locally, and with a gal I fully trust 🤞🏽 There isn’t an appointment that I have to pretend to like. If you haven’t had Carol do your hair you are missing out. I have been going to her for several years and she does amazing work!! She not only does excellent color on my hair but she also does an extraordinary job with my extensions.
