If I could give zero stars I would. The building is gross, there are dead bugs everywhere, the smell is suffocating, and I don’t think they have cleaned in over a decade, which makes me even more concerned for the unsanitary tools they use. I decided to give it a try anyways, despite everything and everyone telling me not to… horrible mistake! I went to this young brunette with long hair. Not only was the girl incredibly rude and unprofessional, but she also burned my face and I had scarring after. I was clearly in pain and expressed my discomfort to her, but she did not care nor apologize. Her body odor was a huge problem as well. I thought people knew how to shower and have proper hygiene, but I guess not. DO NOT GO HERE.

My husband purchased a certificate for me at this location to try various services. Unfortunately, work made it difficult to utilize all services, but I booked neurotoxin and an add on for lip filler. Beth was amazing. She explained the process clearly, made me feel comfortable, and talked me through the process. I was able to review results after each step to gauge where I wanted more filler, etc. Beth took before and after photos to allow me to see immediate results especially for what I was looking for right then and there. She explained the after care, what to expect, and provided me with an after care guide. I'm still healing, but I'm enjoying my results. I left my appointment feeling great about the service. Their booking is very easy and they do allow at least 10 minutes if you're running late which I really appreciate. I look forward to booking more services at this location in the future! So, my husband got me the certificate that allowed me to do the five different services. It was a wonderful experience. Kate was is so kind and cheerful all the time that it makes the experience so much better. I have struggled with milia on my face for decades and could never get rid of them. I had no idea how. Kate told me that she could do an extraction with the acne-clearing facial and I was ecstatic. So I did it. I had so much around my eyes that there was still some after one session (pictured). But so much had improved after the one session I cried! I just went back today and got the rest removed. I have never felt so confident about my skin! Thank you so much Kate! 💜💙

I purchased a $65 certificate to Carolina Esthetics for 5 sessions of different services they offer. My first appointment was in December 2022 for a facial & I told the esthetician, Kate, that I have struggled with acne for as long as I can remember. As the session went on, Kate was very thorough & informative when it came to the products she was using on my skin. The facial was HEAVENLY & at the end my skin felt so soft that she had me sold on some of the products she used. The facial alone was well worth the price of the certificate but I still have 4 more sessions left!! I purchased the cleanser & salicylic acid serum & she gave me a couple of the lipid drop samples to see how this new routine would work for me. Thanks to her, just a little over a month later my skin is on the mend & the clearest it has been in years. The staff are so kind & accommodating as I forgot my certificate at todays appointment & it must be presented before you can go through with the session. I was so bummed to think I would miss out the experience. But luckily, & to my surprise, they had a little wiggle room with the schedule. They allowed me to leave & come back with the certificate & we’re still able to do the appointment! These ladies are the bomb & Kate is so willing to help you with your skin care needs. I highly suggest this business to anyone who has been failing with or straight up neglecting in self-care lately. They truly want you to feel your best in a judgement free zone & will help you to reach your esthetic goals.

I took my mom and myself to get facials for my mom's 80th bday. Katie made our visits extremely comfortable and relaxing. She is definitely an asset to this location!

This is my "go to" place for everything my face needs. They have taken years off my face and I am loving looking in the mirror again. I know they are going to do what is best for me!
