Llevo ya algunos años viniendo con Rubí, primero porque mi mamá me pidió que la trajera y en alguna ocasión pedí que a mi también me lo cortara. Lo mejor de todo es que entienden y a veces me siguen las loqueras que se me ocurren y otras me aconsejan de manera sabia debido a su experiencia y profesionalismo. Altamente recomendada; felicidades, chicas. PD: Cada vez que salgo de ahí me siento guapo; en otras palabras: me suben el ánimo.

Christina is amazing! She’s honestly the sweetest person ever. She makes sure you are comfortable along the Lash process. She takes time and pays attention in every detail. I admire her passion. She’s a very talented Lash artist 🥰

First time there. I’m growing my hair out of a side shave. Rubi was able to make a difficult cut look amazing. She worked fast and asked great questions to get me the cut I’d be happy with. Walked into my reservation with no wait. I’m sad I didn’t know about her sooner.

This would be the second time I've visited with Christina, who does lash extensions at the salon and I absolutely love the service! She is super friendly and sweet and each time she's executed exactly what I was looking for. I definely recommend to book with her for anyone looking for a lash tech 😊

I was so nervous to get another chop because usually when I ask for short hair I always end up getting a bowl cut, so when I tried this place I more or less expected the same however I absolutely LOVE my cut. I believe it was Rubi that cut my hair and she did absolutely amazing. She was amazing with listening with what I wanted, understood my image in mind, and was explaining the process to me the whole time. I will definitely be returning :)

I went and got my lashes done by Christina & she was perfect! I was really nervous but she calmed my nerves down & talked with me through my nervousness. It was so peaceful and I was able to relax. Go get your lashes done by her!

Our family has been going to Rubi's (Carriera's Hair Salon) for years. My wife initially went to Rubi when she was still working for another beautician. We all went to Rubi when she started out on her own at the Goliad Road-Pecan Valley location. Three of our family who live on the southeast side and my son who lives on the Northside of SATX continue to get our haircut and styled by her. Rubi Carriera in particular gives us the best cuts in town! Rubi is highly skilled beautician and above all, she is a friendly and caring person!

“Hello there, When I first came to the salon I was referred by Carmen. My hubby met Carmen for a work related event and told her his wife would love her haircut and that is how I was sent to Ruby. Since then I have been getting “the Carmen haircut”, a pixie and loving it as NOBODY else seems to be able to cut my hair in the perfect pixie around San Antonio!
