My girlfriend is literally crying because the guy she just saw rushed through her nail job and skipped steps. First, the UV light wasn't on, so the base coat didn't get cured and messed everything up when the polish was applied, then after cleaning it all off, he completely skipped the base coat the second time. THEN later applied the top coat without wiping up the residue from buffing the gel. She was literally just getting gel polish, is it that hard? She also told the guy to his face at the start that she's trying to grow her nails out, but he cut them anyways?

Been coming to Cartino’s for my pedicures for over a year and by far the best pedicure I’ve ever received (and I have had many). I get the cucumber mint pedi - so relaxing, so thorough, and you are in the chair for at lest 45+ minutes. I usually ask for Chat, but this time he was away so I had Julie and she was excellent. Highly recommend as others have said their pedi room is peaceful, quiet and calming enough for a little nap if you so desire!

This is actually a double minus - - review. I was referred to this salon. I made an appointment for a full set. Needless to say I am convinced that there is NO where here in this area or surrounding where they provide superior nail spa services. This area is so rural that people don't realize what an expert nail service should be like from beginning to end. I paid $60 for a botched nail job. His technique was trash. The acrylic was too thick, he was so rough that my cuticles bled. He started painting my nails and it looked awful. Before I could complain he started removing the polish with a paper towel!!??. Then he proceeded to start filing my nails again, which is why they are sore now. If a nail tech has skills and their techniques are great, they can do any type of nail set. This is why I travel 2 hours to my home town, Philadelphia every two weeks to get my nails done in an environment that's diverse and void of this low service mentality here. I was livid, but contrary to belief, All Black and Brown Women are NOT angry. I graciously paid for my service, without a tip of course and quietly walked out. There is no option here in "good ol lower slower" for a decent spa nail salon. This was the third I've tried, no charm at all. I am over it. Cortino is mediocre to say the least. I wouldn't recommend them on a bad day. And they did not deserve payment, but I will just consider it a loss.

I was dissappinted once with the service I received. I told the person which books the appointments. She told me that person was no longer there and reccomended someone new. I have been satisfied since.

Very friendly staff with a unique & calming pedicure room. Many different packages to choose from - including a variety of aromatherapy scents! Affordable without skimping on the luxury details. I will definitely be visiting again! 10/10

Horrible job doing nails. Looks like a child did the polish for the pedicure. Rushed through the job. The manicure was disappointing as well. Did not do the cuticles, and the nails are not even. Don't get Maria. Only wanted to upgrade by telling me that the gel pedicure would only last 2 weeks and manicure 3 or 5 days and to make an appointment with her. No way, won't be back.

I love Cartinos, this place is clean. My nail tech Maria is super friendly. She is very knowledgeable and and a wonder artist. I love the designs she puts on my nails

New to the area. Tried two other salons before trying Cartino Long Neck. They dud such a great job on my gel mani on acrylic that I brought my husband back with me for pedicures. He loved it!

They did a beautiful job on my powder dip nails. They were fast, no nicks or burning and beautiful shape and thickness to my nails. Very natural looking.

They do a great job ! Nina is the one I always request but they all are good at doing nails. And their pedicure room is awesome such a relaxing environment.
