Cindy and Paul were great! They made my sister and I feel very special and we had great conversations! They both did an excellent job with our pedicure and manicure. French manicure was the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommended and my sister and I look forward to going back.

Took my toddler to have her first nail salon experience and it was bad! Felt rushed and the technician didn’t make any effort to make her experience pleasant and special (by the way the salon was empty). Also not impressed with my pedicure. Will definitely not returning.

Cyndi did an amazing job on my nails and Paul made my 89 year old neighbor’s nails look beautiful. He was engaging with her and made sure her broken knee was elevated. He moved when needed rather than asking her to move too much. I love this salon!!

I highly recommend going here for some much needed TLC! The ambiance is both relaxing and elegant, Cyndi is super talented, and my nails last for weeks at a time. I won’t go anywhere else!

Great experience! Clean and comfortable place, it doesn’t smell strong like other nail salons and they also play tropical music and it’s so much more relaxing. Everyone is very attentive and they do a great job!

I got my nails done at this place for the first time and I am sorry to say but my experience has been a very bad one. I have been getting my nails done since last 4 years from some other place but thought of trying this place as they are closer to my house. The lady who did my nails was not very professional. My nails are all rough and with scratchy edges. She did not even file them properly. They are all uneven. Will not go there again.

I recently started going to this nail salon and am really happy with the whole experience. They have a variety of pedicure options including a lavender one that has some sort of jelly in the water that feels amazing. The massage chairs are comfortable and the whole atmosphere is bright and relaxing.

I am grateful I found Cary Nail Spa. The people are very skillful in their craft. They are so approachable and friendly to customers. The service is extraordinary. I could not ask for more. I will surely recommend them to my friends who loves to beautify their nails. The location is also accessible and very clean. Thumbs up to them CARY NAIL SPA❤️

My granddaughter was lucky enough to be going to a Taylor Swift concert and was hoping to have the perfect outfit right done to her nails. As a special treat I told her I would take her the Cary Nails and day spa to see Gina. Gina is an artist that can create exactly what you want/need. My granddaughter was absolutely thrilled with the results. Making the appointment was super easy and so well organized with reminders that are not so over the top as to make you crazy. The shop itself it very clean and really beautifully done. I would definitely recommend Cary Nails and Day Spa.

Man I loved this place! I went in for a simple pedicure and it felt like I got the full package! I really enjoyed my experience and Cindy was amazing. The building was clean, relaxing, and most importantly the massage chairs made me never want to leave. I would highly highly recommend coming to this location.

Im new to Cary and this salon is close to home so I called for a gel fill-in. The guy I was scheduled with was fine but when I checked out, he said it was a whooping 81.75. He claimed he took off a set and put on a new set. Hello...I do not have tips...I made the appointment for fill-ins. I owned a salon and have had my nails professionally done for 30. I questioned him and explained that I did not have a set removed or a new set applied and he continued to support his 81.75. I will NEVER be back. This is ridiculous!!!!

I have been coming here for almost a year and it is always a treat! The music is calming, the salon is clean, the variety of services is large and, most importantly, the staff is amazing!! My nails (by Cindy) always look so pretty and they look so natural. Van did my pedicure today and it was so pampering. Glad I have found my “forever salon”! Oh! And look at the cute Santa hat Cindy did before my Christmas cruise in December!

Love this place! I go to Sidney and Jane. I had a terrible experience with a place nearby and they accept me without an appointment and fixed the problem. The manager is amazing ❤️

Don’t go to this place it’s terrible. Went to get regular acrylics with regular nail polish. They rushed the process my friend’s hand was bleeding and they filed my nails down too much. At the end they tried to charge me $62 (should have been $40. $35 acrylics and $5 shaping.) When I asked why they said it was because of gel nail polish ($20 extra dollars). I said “but I didn’t ask for it.” They just handed me the nails sheet and told me to pick a color. Never told me which ones were gel and which were regular. After I confronted them they said “it’s ok will last longer.” They didn’t get the point, and they wouldn’t take the money off. The only thing they offered was to take the nails completely off. The staff also had their children running around, throwing things, and being loud. Very disappointed and will never go back.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience here with the male technician. The female technicians are great but please be cautious with him as he is abrupt, not hygienic nor patient with his services .

I've loved this place for a long time. My manicure is always perfect. However, two recent experiences have made me decide not to go back. The first was on Black Friday. I called asking if they had special hours because of the holiday and the woman told me no, they'll be closing at 6pm. I showed up to a dark salon. There was a woman inside, so I called and she said "yeah it's a holiday so they didn't want to work and went home early." The second was today. Their hours show they close at 7pm. I called at 6:10 and asked if they had time for a simple gel manicure. With no apology, the woman told me they were closing up because they have to clean. The inconsistencies are unacceptable.

Showed up with my friend approx. 30 minutes before closing and they accepted us without question. Very efficient and good work. I got a gel manicure and my nails have not looked this perfect in a long time. My friend got French tips which look amazing. Will be back :)

This review is only based on one employee, I bet and believe the rest of the staff is great at their job but I had bad experience with my service. I get nails done all the time, first time at this place because I received a gift card for my birthday so I been waiting to come here. This employee seems new or doesn’t pay attention to their customer service. This employee was rushing and skipping the process. I literally had to moisturize my hands and feet when I came back from there. My nails were scratchy and don’t look uniform in shape. I had to tell that you missed my cracked heals (I still have cracked heals). Over all I paid $100+ but seems not worth what I paid.

I've gone here a few times and each time didn't have a good experience. The most recent time I went in for 2 tips on and gel. The polished looked job looked terrible, then not even a week getting them done. The 2 tips I got came off. Went back, and they fixed it, and then, not even a few days later, they came off. The lady made the situation uncomfortable and ended up filling it, but painting it the wrong color. When i told her, that's not the color she painted over the rest of my nails. She pushed me out and didn't want to hear it. Highly recommend not going.

This place is awesome. Lynn and her family are very welcoming. She is very professional and always recommending awesome colors for my nails.
