Absolutely terrible experience at Casablanca. They’re advertising men’s haircuts, but they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Mark, the barber, needs to just retire. He didn’t even know what guard he was using on his shears and asked me if I could tell him! I asked for a simple 3-2-1 fade, and he said he’d never done it before. I even told him if he wasn’t comfortable doing it, I’d happily go elsewhere—but he insisted on trying anyway. What happened next was a disaster. All Mark did was mow my hair like you’d mow a lawn. I mean literally—straight lines across one patch, then moved to the next with no blending, no technique, nothing. It was laughable if it wasn’t so frustrating. This place has no business cutting men’s hair, let alone advertising that they can. Save your time, money, and hair—go somewhere like Art of Grooming instead, where they actually know what they’re doing. Avoid Casablanca at all costs!

EVERYONE was fantastic from checking in to hair shampoo to color and cut blow dry from Karl I can’t say enough about how everyone makes you feel welcome and they definitely know their stuff.

Trina did a great job with my haircut & Color . She took the time to understand what I wanted. I don’t think I have ever enjoyed a salon visit as much as I did with her. She is an interesting woman with a fun personality. We talked about everything.

Absolutely the best salon I’ve even been to!! I’ve tried to get someone to do my hair like I want, and any efforts to match up the darker gray in the back with the light silver front, turned out in a yellow fiasco, and cuts left me trying to comb down unruly ‘wings’ on the sides of my head. Trina was truly an expert colorist and left me with a great blend and no yellow! Zane is phenomenal stylist and cut and styled my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it. It’s the best color, cut, and style I’ve probably had in my life. I found my forever salon!

TRINA DID A FANTASTIC JOB. She colored my hair and did a cut correction from last week where I had gotten a really bad hair cut somewhere else. The salon is nice and everyone is friendly! It is my new hair place for sure!

Fantastic service all the way around! Trina squeezed me in on a busy Saturday morning to do a much needed color correction. She would NOT let me leave until we got it right! A master at multitasking, she was cucumber cool as she turned me from orange to blonde in the midst of a fully booked day. I can not thank yall enough! 10 out of 10!
