I try to schedule some me time when I’m SD and this is the place to go. I have Ben here many times and have never been a disappointed. From the nice lady at the front to the skilled therapist who did scrub and massage —thank you!!! I will be back.

AMAZING SPA! We did the Cascade Ruby package- very cost effective and was over 2 hours. It was awesome. I will be coming back!

Excellent! Vincent’s massage technique of using long, deep strokes was very relaxing and therapeutic. I started my vacation with a massage and loved it so much that I got a second massage at the end of my vacation. I highly recommend making use of the entire facility and packages as they have a lot to offer. Call in advance regarding offsite parking. Important to note that the low ratings are due to not accepting Groupon coupons.

Very good place to go to for a decent massage. Is it the absolute best, no, but for price to quality ratio, excellent. I think the only reason this isn't a 5 is the fact that sometimes they have a routine so if you need something more heavily worked on, it seems hard to express that/get that service. It is mostly do you want light, medium, or hard pressure. The other aspect is they seem to make the bed in front of you to show cleanliness. This isn't much of an issue but I've noticed the massages that are an hour are really 50 minutes most of the time. This is the 4-star vs. 5-star. I enjoy the massage every time!

I always walk by, being a san diego native and always in Hillcrest. I had a really tuff day and week at work being a retail worker on thanksgiving weekend. I am so glad i decided to. I love culture so walking in to Buddha and a darken relaxing place had me at first. i have not actually been to a place to have any massage ever. but I walked into the the very calming room and the massage started Head to toe relaxation!! I walked out so relaxed that a couple that was outside the door asked who what’s up with u it was that great, i may need this all holiday because of my work

I booked the Diamond package for my fiancée. They were helpful in scheduling, and she really enjoyed the whole experience. She rated the massage 9/10, and the overall experience as 8/10. If she's happy, then 5/5 from my end!

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxing. I got the Orchid package and it feels like a steal that it’s only $215 for everything I got. Will definitely be coming back!!

Beautifully decorated however, the massage itself was terrible. Too rough and left me with a headache from the head massage. Definitely not worth it for the price you pay.

I scheduled the staycation package with my mom for her birthday. I saw a video on tik tok talked very highly about and it looked really nice and relaxing. But the street it is on isn’t very nice, when we walked in I noticed the fish tank was really disgusting like it hasn’t been cleaned in years and I jokingly told my mom “well that’s not the best sign on their cleaning” but it did. My mom noticed at the end of the session that the man who worked on her face and body had fungal nails….. and when we returned the slippers that were given in the beginning, were put right back on the shelf and not cleaned for the next person. Major language barrier, we couldn’t understand her and she didn’t know English very well. I asked for her to be gentle when massaging multiple times in different ways and she was continued to be very rough when massaging and when moving my body around. Scalp massage was dry and painful, foot massage was not good at all, felt more of just playing with my toes. And I found bruises on my legs and felt sore the next day. After our sauna we entered a massage room with 6 beds and it was very noisy. We can hear the workers walking through the room and grabbing/dumping buckets of water and trash bags, the door was left open most of the time so everyone in the waiting room talking/walking can be heard. It wasn’t relaxing. The ONLY good part was the very end when we were put in a private room for just the two of us and the massage was better than the first room and much quieter. I felt rushed the entire time and didn’t feel comfortable to relax. I would not go back again. I felt horrible picking this place for my moms birthday.

Just had the most amazing massage experience at Cascade Spa in Hillcrest. Alan, my therapist was phenomenal and the overall ambience was fantastic and the price was really reasonable!

Upset that we were exposed to black mold in one of their wet saunas, and a hallway. Won’t be returning unless they repair it. Otherwise we normally love this place. The staff is skilled and kind.

First time here today and I’m pretty sure it changed my life. Thank you, Emma! She was so kind and gave me a really good massage with perfect strong pressure. This place is a San Diego gem and I will definitely be back soon. Diamond package was the way to go and Emma left me feeling so refreshed and cared for 💗

I had an excellent experience at Cascade Spa. I had a 90 minute massage and it was the best massage I have ever had. The price was unbelievably reasonable. It was only $110 for 90 minutes. I have been to many spas in San Diego and a 90 minute massage anywhere else is double the price and not nearly as good as the massage therapists I have received services from at Cascade.

The massage was generic compared to the prices that you pay. Did not feel satisfied at the end. Not relaxing. Ambiance was pretty nice, however massage was not up to the standard that they are offering. Massage was not good enough for the time spent there. The ladies were really nice, however they delivered a low quality massage. In conclusion, it is a nice place that offers tea, relaxing rooms and a nice sauna, which would lead you to believe the massage would be nice but it is mediocre.

Great massages and service at cheaper prices! The ambience is so nice as well. I’ve been coming here for years. The only thing is parking can be a pain if all the free spots are taken, but overall love this place!

So, truth me told, I’m not a spa guy. But my wife is a spa gal. And it was Mothers Day so……. Glad she talked me into it. Wonderful experience. Jacuzzi, Salt Sauna, Foot rub, full massage. Wife didn’t Steam shower too. Very relaxing.

I had the Diamond package as a birthday gift and oh my god is was amazing! I’ve never been to a spa before, I loved it. The Sauna was fantastic, the massage had me feeling like a new person. All of the employees were lovely and made me feel very comfortable. And the pricing I thought was very fair for how long the service took. Would highly recommend!

Had to most relaxing experience at Cascade! Every staff member we came in contact with was so kind. My boyfriend and I did the couples staycation and it was perfect. Included with an hour long full body massage is a scalp massage, a foot massage and scrub, time in the steam room and herbal tea in the salt room. It was an incredible experience I recommend to anyone. Will definitely be coming back!

I brought my wife today for her birthday and we chose the staycation package for $298. It was an incredible experience and my wife was very happy with the relaxing results ☺️ thank you! The steam sauna was amazing and the massages were professional. We plan to schedule our next session in three months, highly recommend this spa and the package! We tipped $100.
