Every time I come here my nails come out cute, and they last a really long time. and the owners are always really nice!

Just a meh service feet are still hard. It was very rushed and the owner seemed kinda bothered. It was really awkward and uncomfortable... kept trying to force me to get gel... but after I saw the quality of the pedicure there was no way I was paying additional for gel. It was just really underwhelming. I miss the old owners. Won't be back.

My kid went to this place for Gel Nail polish 0n 06/23. It was done so quickly. Next day 06/24, saw a dent / hole on the nail polish. We went back and they re-did the finger. Again on 06/29, nail polish cracked again on the same finger. Please see the below attached pics. Less than a week, I got the issue 2 times. This time I don't want to go back for the same issue when there is no quality. I called the place and talked to the owner. Owner told that GEL Nail polish stays only for 2 weeks. I told them it is less than a week and it cracked 2 times. I requested a refund $35 instead of going again and again to get it fixed. She denied to issue the refund. I told that no problem, I will leave the negative review about my experience. After hearing that I am going to leave negative review, Owner gone so rude, started yelling and threatened me that she will call police. This is my experience with Cathy Nails on Cross Creek Blvd.
