This place came highly recommended, and honestly was so glad I went. I was 2 weeks post-op after my bbl, and Kathy was a God send!! I had no idea this was what I needed, but my body was so angry after surgery, it was all knotted and sore. I was never explained that this was the norm, but I also did not want to stay “hard” as my post op body. You need to be doing this lymphatic massage WEEKLY after surgery to get your best results. I can tell you after the first one i IMMEDIATELY noticed a difference. We are now 2.5 months into this and I FEEL phenomenal. I hear I look great, too. But if you have had surgery, do yourself a favor and COMPLETE your journey. I promise you won’t be sorry. Otherwise it’s like getting your hair done once and never following up to get roots done. Sure, you might look ok for a minute, but your end result will not be what you are looking for. Thank you Kathy!!!

I did not see results after first visit but I experienced weird headaches after and advised Kat who said that it wouldn’t me from her service. I requested a refund of a pre-paid visit, Kat ignored my calls, voicemails and emails for weeks. I finally spoke to Kat who advised that my money would not be refunded but i could purchase her products in which i was not interested in. I still have not received my refund of $120.

Cathy delivered some of the BEST results for her Body Contouring and Body Sculpting service. My wife had tried everything to slim and tone problem areas such as her stomach, and love handles and was starting to lose hope. Cathy delivered an exceptional game plan and set fair expectations during our initial visit, and boy did she deliver. THANK YOU CATHY. It'll be my turn next :)

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I visited the spa to discuss skincare options and cavi treatments. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable in multiple skincare product lines. She took a lot of time to explain the ingredients and pros/cons of each one for my skin. I never felt any pressure to purchase goods or services. I decided to invest in a VI Peel and a few skincare products. I also took advantage of cavi treatments. I am very pleased with my experience and results!

I don't know what compass Kathy uses to set prices for her products and services but it's not a moral one that's for sure. She charged me $175 ($108 at another local spa!!!!!) for a product that is set to expire by the beginning of September (less than 3 months) but she said the product will last me longer than that. So you want me to put an expired rx on my face?!?! (I didn't realize the expiration date until I spoke to the manufacturer - more on that below 🤣) After having immediate buyers remorse I called within an hour of leaving my appt and left a message (Tuesday). Unfortunately my call was not returned. I left another message on Friday requesting a call back. I then received a text referencing her 'no return policy'. She did offer an exchange for other services but at this point, no thank you. I already got scammed on the Groupon I purchased (full services of the groupon not rendered and no refund offered due to my skin's ineligibility and broken equipment in the office), I just wanted my money back. It took me actually getting the manufacturer involved for Kathy to finally agree to return the product. The manufacturer informed me the lot # for the product I purchased was made in August 2022 and has a 2 year shelf life. When I returned the product in person, I asked Kathy again how long it should last. Her answer? At least 3 months but usually longer. After that clarification, I told her to look at the product's expiration date. She then blamed the manufacturer and their ever changing sales reps for sending her products on the brink of expiration! Im glad in the end she did the right thing. But save yourself the money and headache. There's better spas in our area. Edit to respond to Kathy, the owner: -I almost recorded our in person conversation. Looks like I should have 🤣 -Yes, spa prices differ. But why do you charge $67 more than a salon down the road in Safety Harbor? -Your products are always fresh? Clearly not. What kind of licensed medical professional doesn't verify expiration dates? I didn't say it was currently expired. Work on your reading comprehension. -You did not return it so I could save money and use my insurance to purchase the active ingredient in a similar product through a dermatologist! You talked about a 'negotiator'? But you only finally agreed to return it after I got the manufacturer involved. I at least have texts with that wild nonsense. Maybe I should share those as my 'client pictures'. -You 1000% blamed the manufacturer (I won't name them because they're not the problem. YOU ARE). -As for Groupon, it states 'if you are ineligible, a refund will be provided', yet you didn't offer any refund?! -I get you're trying to defend yourself but my entire review is facts. This isn't an 'angry' review. It's an ACCURATE review. This entire situation is just so offputting. $67 more than the spa 5 miles away? COME ON.

Working with Kathy is the best move I could’ve made. Her results are incredible and she’s just an amazing human. She explained the whole process and made me feel comfortable. I bought a package and I can’t wait to go back!

I purchased a series of 5 cavitation treatments on my midsection and I am so happy with the results! It was just what I needed to boost my goals and health. The treatment itself felt so good. It felt like a really good deep massage and it really got everything moving in my digestive system. Kathy was also so friendly and really made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Enjoyed my first time visit with Katherine and her Mother Lucia at Cavi Spa in Tampa, Florida Ladies are nice to talk with. The spa experience was professional, clean with a cozy atmosphere. I am a lifetime weight watcher, work with a personal trainer and take my health seriously. As I approach 65, I wondered what else can I do to grow into senior life with finesse' and grace. I began searching the internet and came upon cavi-lipo and derma peels. Ahh, Something I would never give thought to years ago, now stuck in my head. Seaching further, I came upon Cavi Med Spa in Tampa. I filled out the questionere, Kathy responded promptly, and I quickly had an in-person consultation. Everything was explained to a tee, all questions answered. Best thing I have ever done just for ME!! First chemical peel treatments ever, and I am thrilled with the results. I just had treatment #3, My pores have gotten smaller, my sun spots have lightened, lines have diminished and my skin is smoother and brighter than ever before. I will definately be a IV derma customer long term. Kathy is a knowledgeable, caring person with a great personality, who treats you as an individual. The spa is so relaxing, immaculate, and appointment times are kept punctual. If customer service, professionalism and courtesy are important to you, I recommend Kathy and her staff, (Welcome Leah) with the utmost highest regard.

I received the VI Peel and it’s completely changed my skin texture for the better! I had some leftover texture concerns from growing up with cystic acne. The VI peel brought my skin back to life and helped with the dullness I had been experiencing. I highly recommend Cavi Med Spa!
