Katya and her staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. I came in for a customized facial not knowing what I was doing wrong with my skincare routine and was treated as well as educated on changes I should make. I've been back, interested in other treatments and have been equally pleased with my outcomes. The environment is relaxing and comfortable.

Everything about this spa is wonderful! My first ever facial and I loved every minute. My face feels amazing! Going back for a massage and makeup application! They do everything!! The owners and their staff are so professional and friendly. Feels like a you are part of their family when you walk in the building!

Having never visited a med spa before I went in just curious about what I needed. I left feeling like a brand new person! I received personalized care from the owner herself. She was extremely patient with me and recommended a few services including microblading. I have received so many compliments since I had it done. I went from no make up to looking like my eyebrows are done all the time. I absolutely LOVE THEM! I would highly recommend Cayenne!!

I absolutely love this med spa and salon. I’ve been going to the salon for years and I decided to try the Inmode for my cellulite at the med spa and I’m so glad I did. I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend it. Katya is so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. I will try their other services soon. Nicest salon and spa in the area:)

I came into Cayenne about a month ago for a variety of services that I have been long overdue for. The staff have been nothing short of excellent. Katya is so knowledgeable about each treatment and explains not only the procedure, but the pathophysiology behind what I'm receiving. Derek is always willing to accommodate my schedule and has been a vital part in how comfortable this experience has been. I HIGHLY recommend going to Cayenne beauty bar for all of your cosmetic, spa, and salon needs.

I went to Katya for Microdermabrasion but I ended up getting the Diamond Glow Facial and it was worth every penny! She paid attention to all my problem areas while going above and beyond to get the job done. She recommended products and gave me a skin routine. I’m very pleased with my results and I can’t wait to start this new skin journey with Katya!

I’ve been going to Cayenne Beauty Bar for more than a year now for xeomin (alternative to Botox). I gave them a try after my friend referred me there for microblading. I was going to ideal image for Botox. Cayenne is 100x better than ideal image. Dr. Dahdah used much less product with less injections to my skin because he is far more experienced in facial anatomy. I received a better result with much less pain. He even surprised me because he always uses topical lidocaine so now I barely feel the injections. I’ve branched off and have tried a few other services at Cayenne too because I became comfortable and trustworthy. Katya did a Diamond facial and my microblading (on separate occasions of course). I am so pleased with my results and every experience I’ve had with them. The receptionist Derek is very helpful and funny! He was able to show me other services they provide and get answers when I was curious. Recently they have accommodated two friends and me so we could all get xeomin together. It was a great experience!

Alandrea "L.A" was my esthetician and she was INCREDIBLE!! I have received a facial from her, and have never had someone truly take the time to examine my skin and talk with me through my concerns. She made me feel calm and comfortable, and I left feeling amazing!! She recommended products, and even wrote down my own skincare regimen so that I may have a visual to use throughout my skincare journey. I cannot recommend her enough!!!

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I receive at Cayenne Beauty Bar. I am on my 4th laser treatment with Katya and I have to tell you how smooth and clear my skin feels. Facial hair and discoloration on my chin area has been my issue since I was 18 yrs old. I have had laser treatment in the past; this was when laser first came to Va. It was very painful and it burned my skin because there was hardly any knowledge on how to treat black skin with laser treatment. Katya has shown care, patience and her expertise on caring for my skin. She is truly knowledgeable and passionate about skin care. I appreciate the attention and care she gives to me.

Oh my goodness, where do I begin? Mrs. Katya Dahdah is phenomenal. I had to get my eyebrows repaired from a previous microblading procedure from another beautician. She basically had to start all over. Which is fine. She took the time to draw lines on my face to make sure they are even enough. I'm so happy with my eyebrows. Mrs Katya Dahdah has my services for life. No scabbing, no peeling....sorry for the long review, but I'm so happy with my brows. She even told me about my type of eyebrow hair and why it didn't work the first time. I'm a new woman. I can't thank you enough. Mrs. Katya Dahdah. You will be seeing me soon.

I do NOT recommend Facial Laser Hair Removal from this place for a few reasons. It’s been about 7 weeks since my last Treatment (I had 8 sessions). One, I was constantly told that my Facial Laser Hair Removal would be a success as it was compared to another successful experience of someone who was hairier than me. Well, the sides of my face are equally as hairy as before I started my treatments, there is only a 20% decrease in my upper lip hair. Katya has offered to continue for a few more sessions at regular price then if I still needed more than another 4 sessions, then she could offfer me a discounted price. Secondly, Katya does NOT shave your face prior to each treatment due to and verbatim “It’s time consuming and I really do not enjoy doing it”. So she cannot really tell which areas of your face need attention, as well as there are areas that are obviously not lasered and when they grow out it is very noticeable the uneven areas, for example my side burns, I myself cannot every shave them evenly, so they have been lasered lopsidedly and a little of my hairline is off. Thirdly, in three of my sessions Katya has lasered off parts of my eyebrows. The entire end of my right eyebrow, the inside and top of my left eyebrow and significantly widened the space between my eyebrows which is not all what I wanted. I’ve noticed it and discussed this with Katya, and she was hesitant to acknowledge that they were burned by the laser as well as very hesitant to assume responsibility. After the first time I notified her of the burns I could feel she was upset and for that session she went too light with the laser to sort of hurry up and finish with me as if I lacked understanding of the process. Which may have hindered the entire process. By the time she came around she did apologize however made it disingenuous by stating in the X amount of years she’s been doing this she’s never burned anyone much less laser off their eyebrows because she is so experienced. A doctor assessed the burns to which the doctor concluded were not burns but alopecia when it was clearly evident they were burned as the areas were scabbing and a significant amount of hair was missing from these areas. It was deeply offensive. I have been growing out my eyebrows all 2020, there was absolutely no way I suddenly developed Alopecia in my eyebrows. I was prescribed a cream for this and Katya also provided just one treatment to expedite the hair regrowth as well as provided me with a brush and powder to fill them in in the time they would grow back. As a consequence of the burns to my eyebrows they are now significantly patchy, un symmetrical, and they have NOT recuperated their original growth pattern. I have to fill those patchy areas of my eyebrows in everyday before leaving my house which is not only frustrating but very infuriating as I am no expert in this and I am convinced this is permanent. When I discussed this with Katya she replied that she actually did me a favor because my eyebrows were too bushy, not ideally symmetrical to the way a womans face should be and that it was not in style. Katya did provide lidocaine cream to help ease the pain of the laser, also the people who work are very pleasant. It’s just a shame my experience was not as equally pleasant. I do not confide in the process, neither think it was worth having my eyebrows lasered off to continue to pay for more treatments.

I’ve been a client at this salon for a few years! I get my facials done here as well as Microblading and laser hair removal. Katya is very knowledgeable at her craft. I’ve recommended this salon to multiple friends and they have been return customers! I highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs!
