I had an abhyanga followed by svedana and a shirodhara last week with Christy and the whole experience was fantastic. One of my favorite abhyangas I've ever received. She creates such a warm, nurturing environment and personalized everything to support my specific imbalances. I will be back again and again and highly recommend.

A treatment with Christy is an amazing experience! I had her Abhyanga treatment which uses holistic Ayurvedic techniques that are 5000 years old from India. She skillfully blends oils tailored to your "dosha" for a rhythmic and soothing massage that soothes the body & the mind! Afterwards I felt renewed, rejuvenated & relaxed! I can't wait to go back & try another treatment with her!

Finding Christy was a literal Godess-send 🥰 I am new to Portland and between the move, a pretty intense summer, lots of travel, and just being a human in a body - I was feeling the fall funk. So my sister and I embarked on a 10-day Ayurvedic Cleanse, and as part of our self care, and treat for making it a full week, we wanted to incorporate some Ayurvedic treatments. I found Christy online and instantly felt a spark, so I was grateful to find she was available to schedule us in that week. She even added an extra gift for each of us and was flexible and accommodating to make it possible for both my sister and I to come on the same day. Christy’s space is so warm and full of authentic touches from Mother India, and I felt very safe and comfortable. She intuitively assessed exactly what my body and system was needing to come back into balance, and her hands are so healing! It was the perfect way to enhance my cleanse, and I feel like a new being! I will be back soon and often…thank you Christy…Om Shanti!! 🙏💖🙏
