Had the most amazing time here with my partner, and we had a couples massage, we got the swedish 90 min massage and It was a perfect way to relax for the new year! If you need a place to make you feel special and offer hot stones?! this is the place ❤️

I visited this location for the first time on November 13, 2024. The front desk staff was friendly, and the building appeared clean and professional, which initially gave me confidence in my choice. As a woman, I usually request female massage therapists. However, after a positive experience with a male therapist at another business, I decided to select "no preference" for my appointment here. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling very uncomfortable. During the session, the therapist massaged my glutes. While this was done over the sheet at first, the sheet was then moved to partially expose my glutes, which I wasn’t expecting. I’m not sure if this is standard practice for this location, but it caught me off guard. This has never happened with any therapist, male or female, in my previous experiences. My glutes have always been massaged over the sheet and not directly. Additionally, when it was time to turn over, the therapist pulled the sheet off completely, leaving me fully exposed for a moment before recovering me. This has also never happened to me at other massage places, and I found it unsettling. After taking some time to discuss this experience with male and female friends who regularly get massages, I don’t believe this is normal. While the facilities and front desk were great, I left feeling uncomfortable, and it has made me hesitant to ever book with a male therapist again. Unfortunately, this overshadowed the positive aspects of my visit.

Terrible, terrible, Terrible massage. One of the worst massages I have ever gotten in my life. A massage where hands and fingers were never used. She used gloves and some sheets just because I had a few pimples on my back from a hormonal issue. It was totally an effortless massage. The pseudo therapist do not speak English and will not be able to understand even the most basic English words that you could use let alone treat you or address your muscle issues. The staff can’t even answer the phone, they text you instead. I’ve had a better massage at the mall on a chair. Hands down, the worst massage my wife and myself have gotten in our entire lives. We’re not even picky. Just imagine a massage where hands and finger are not used. When you ask how much is the total at the end, they will say $70 + tips. I have no idea how they have all for the good reviews you see below. Anyway, I will never set a foot in this place. PS: even though the staff were completely incompetent in all fronts, they were somewhat friendly but awkward due to the language barrier. The facilities were clean.

In town for work and was happy to be able to easily book a massage online. Kelly was WONDERFUL - 90 minute massage, really worked the spots that needed it most, and made sure she understood my needs. I will be back the next time I'm in town!

Went for Mother’s Day and I called two times to make sure they done prenatal massages and they said yes so I went and my toddler could’ve done a better massage they was afraid to touch me witch is fine but they should’ve told me before I came in and paid for it

We weren’t expecting much. Got into Reno and Called at 7:30pm and got an appt for 8pm for a couples massage and they were both fantastic. Seemed to know my trouble spots without me even telling her and she made sure to work those spots extra. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

These ladies did an excellent job. They rubbed out all my knots, had strong hands, and were very complimentary to my spouse and I. We had 2hr Couple Massages and enjoyed every second of it. Felt like a new person after we left, we will definitely be back and recommend anyone with stuff sore muscles to visit. You'll be glad you did.
