We gave it a try but there were a number of bad reviews for a reason. The masseuse tried but she was lacking skill, training and there was definitely a language barrier. Would not recommend.

Had an amazing experience at CCUE SPA. I booked a head spa treatment for myself and my mother and it was awesome. Staff were kind and attentive, facility was clean and comfortable, and really enjoyed the massage while using the head steamer. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Everyone very nice. Got couple headspa for my friends birthday and I was amazed. Head massages, arm massages, and steam, ended with blow drying the hair, would come again!

This place is going downhill. I went for a massage, and the lady offered me a 30-minute head massage for an extra $30. Did she charge me $31? She didn't even tell me that there were extra charges to use my debit card. It's not about the money; it's the principle. After everything was done, the guy was forcing me to give more tips for only a 30-minute head massage, and the lady was pretty much just shampooing my hair. I also got a massage with Cho; she was great, and she deserves all the tips, but don’t force me when I don't feel like the lady who did the head massage did a good job. She wasn't friendly, and she didn't do a good job. The guy was so rude, telling me to give a certain amount with an attitude. It's such a turn-off; I won't come here again.

Come here whenever I come to Vegas to get a massage. Saw that they were doing scalp massages now so both my mom and me got one together. My mom says it was too rough she wouldn’t do it again. I would do it again but not for anything more that $60. We were both cold they need to make the temp in the room a little warmer when your head it getting wet. I worry about sanitation process of all the tools used. We both ended up really sick later that night and been sick for 4 days now. Could be coincidence. But, I didn’t see them sanitizing anything after other guest like the plastic cover for steaming or anything else. I want to see Lysol and Clorox wipes all over that place knowing everything is clean. The front desk guy is pushy with trying to upsell. It gets annoying. If I want to add something I’ll add it don’t need the pressure. It’s tacky. Lay off the upselling your chasing customers away.

I enjoyed my massage, it really helped me loosen up after my crazy move. I will say though, I didn't get my aroma therapy I paid for, or at least didn't realize it it guess. Still, I'd come back.

My husband and I decided to book the couples massage at CCUE Spa and let me tell you, we were not disappointed! Once we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff and offered refreshments. The private spa room was clean, comfy and with a fresh aromatic scent. I will definitely return for another massage! Please book CCUE it’s one of the best spot in LV!

I had a 1 hour massage the person massaging me kept leaving out of the room. She did it more than 4 times for up to 5 minutes at a time.

I took my mom here for a birthday gift today. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. I booked the swedish deep tissue 60 minute couples massage and loved every minute of it.

What an amazing experience from the moment we called to get more information, to the moment we left. They were able to take us in immediately, super friendly throughout & the atmosphere was very relaxing. 1000% recommend getting the Hair Spa Treatment.

Been CCUE spa a few times for massage, today My husband and I Got the head spa treatment,it was absolutely amazing! The place was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing.very friendly staffs. We will keep coming back when we visit Vegas again.

The service was ok. My friends and I were in town for my birthday and I wanted to get a massage. Found this place for a decent price and they were able to get me in. The place seemed very relaxing and clean. The guy that massaged me was nice but I felt like my massage wasn’t deep enough. Also he kept going in and out of the room so that was very distracting. I guess you get what you pay for with Groupon.

Did couples head massage package. Was very easy to schedule and even got a reminder phone call with the address and specials on the day of appointment. Gentleman in front was very friendly throughout the entire visit. We had Lina & Kelly who did a great job and felt very relaxed and surprised by the extent of massage we got with the package on neck, head, arms and a little on the legs. Spent a good amount of time on the scalp which is what I was expecting. They even blow dried our hair. Will definitely be back for this service and will book massages.
