I arrived for my appointment for the time scheduled, and to my dismay, my appointment was not really honoured as I only had the option of waiting for another 20-30 minutes for her to start cutting the hair of another customer who was waiting for her. I get it that customers may run late, things happened, I would’ve appreciated to be informed in advance about the lateness, and to be given a choice as to what to do than to arrive at the salon and found out that I can’t get the service that I have booked for. I felt a little weird when Cecilia spoke to the receptionist in a different language in the midst of our discussion about what to do with my appointment. Cecilia turned me to Donia who was kind enough to help me with my hair. While there are lots of comments/reviews that complimented Cecilia’s service, I am disheartened that I have had a poor experience, with no apology offered. I hope that she doesn’t overbook herself moving forward, to avoid future disappointment from potential clients.

CC is an artist. The best blow dry I’ve ever had and I have hard hair to manage. My color is always spot on as well. But I must say her hair washing is something else! Magic hands!! Beyond amazing 💋

Cece was sweet, BUT she charged me $270 for a 2-hour appointment for partial highlights in the roots. After talking to my peers on Westwood LA prices, I may have been ripped off over 2x the market value. I wish that my experience could have been better, considering I was looking for a go-to salon near my college campus and picked here after reading the Google reviews like “fair pricing.” If you’re a prospective customer, be PREPARED to pay $$$$$. She did a good job, though.

OMG!!! I am in heaven’ Hair heaven!!!I have been to a lot of places in Los Angeles and all over the world and this is the best stylist I’ve ever been blessed with to work on my hair! This hair goddess can work on any hair Hair type. I have mixed hair, Black , and Mexican, I am prone to the frizzies. She gave me a whole new style and taught me how to style my hair. She took a lot of time to show me how to care for My crown and I appreciate her so much and I will be back repeatedly. She is my new stylist!!!
