My daughter got her hair done at a local beauty school yesterday. They completely messed up her “blonde highlights” after 6 hours there. She came home with yellow, purple, blue and white hair and they refused to fix it. I called Cecy in a panic and even though she was booked and almost at closing time, she told us to come in. She was able to at least start the process of repairing her hair with a darker toner and a hair mask for hydration. She will Return in a couple weeks for lowlights. Gracias Cecy por tu trabajo bello! I have gone to many hairstylists and salons but they never work on my dark hair well. I was very impressed with their customer service and my smoothing treatment actually worked! Going back for my color service soon.

I had a decent experience the salon looks great. I gave 4 stars because Alma was very much professional and did her best with my coils. She even gave me product recommendations while we waited for my hair mask to be ready. I even purchased products when I paid for my service. My feels like it has no product in it but it did look like my usual frizzy hair. I will say she could have done better by being much more gentle with the ends of my hair. She heard my recommendations for blowdrying and detangling my hair but eventually just did the opposite and made it soo much harder. Someone stepped in to help her and kind of wish I had just told them both to stop, I said the dryer was too hot and she didn’t nothing we were about done at this point. I’m praying she used enough of the heat protectant, but we’ll see when my hair is washed next. I appreciate the experience my hair texture may have just been outside of her skill set.

Excellente Servicio, Mi hija quedo encantada con su nuevo look! Las estilistas a detalle nos explicaron sus productos y el cuidado del cabello, definitivente una atmosphera y experiencia unica. Las estilistas se ve que están aprendiendo, solo saben hacer cortes rectos , no saben hacer degrafilados como Shaggys mullets o wolf cuts , mi hija y yo fuimos a esa estetica pensamos que Hibamos a obtener lo que deseabamos pero no , mi hija queria un mullet , el problema no fue el pelo de mi niña ya que el corte era para pelo lacio, una vez que la estilista le empezó a secar el pelo a mi niña no se veía como le dijimos , se veia cuadrado , muy corto y solo con las puntas enchinadas hacia arriba . Después fue mi turno yo ya tenía mi pelo con un corte mullet , le dije a la estilista que solo quiera que me quitará volumen y me cortará un poco las puntas , la final me dejó con el pelo cuadrado y mi pelo es grueso entonces no se ve muy bien cuadrado y grueso, no nos cortaros bien el pelo la verdad el corte que nos hicieron no se parecía ni un poco a lo que queríamos , nos dijeron que el costo sería de 30 por ambas , al final me cobraron 70 ,y no se me hace justo que cobren por que te corten el pelo unas aprendices

Obtuve un regalo por el día de las madres y la atención fue muy linda. Todo muy bello, iniciando por la estetica del salon y por las jovenes que atienden. Primera vez que iba a un peluqueria en Knoxville y lo mejor que hay hispanos. Así que me fui muy contenta y satisfecha.

I had some unexpected free time and popped in here to get a shorter Spring haircut. Alexa did a great job and I am very pleased with how my new style turned out! I definitely recommend giving this salon a try!

Cecy did a wonderful job! As a man with long hair I'm very particular about who cuts it and I will DEFINITELY be back! She was amazing and I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and feeling comfortable knowing you could connect in English or Spanish! The first bleached my hair without telling me that they don't have the dye color I want. Then They charge me for the use of two hair dye colors due to their unavailability of the color I desired. Additionally, the mixed color also does not meet my expectations. They also don't care if your clothing gets dirty during hair coloring.
