Feedback Regarding Customer Service Experience I am writing to share my recent experience at Celina's Hair Studio, specifically regarding my interactions with a staff member, Lisa Ochoa, a cosmetologist who rents a chair at the establishment. Unfortunately, I encountered several instances of unprofessional behavior that I believe warrant attention. During my last visit for a scheduled haircut, I was engaged in a private conversation with Celina, in which I politely requested that we refrain from discussing certain topics due to privacy concerns. While we were conversing, Lisa interrupted us in a defensive and aggressive manner, asking if we were talking about her. This unexpected interjection disrupted our dialogue and felt intrusive, as the discussion was not related to her. Despite my attempts to redirect focus back to my conversation with Celina, it was clear that Lisa continued to feel compelled to insert herself into discussions that do not pertain to her, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for both clients and staff. Additionally, after the service, I took a photo of Lisa's cosmetology license for reference, as it was displayed prominently at her station. Upon leaving, Lisa confronted me outside and expressed her discontent in an inappropriate manner, using offensive language and accusing me of overstepping boundaries. She claimed that I did not have permission to photograph her license, despite it being in plain view for customers. I want to emphasize that I have been a loyal customer of Celina's for a long time and generally have positive interactions with others at the studio. However, I believe it is important for the professional environment to be maintained at all times, and I hope this feedback can lead to a constructive discussion with Lisa regarding appropriate communication with clients. Irregular times. Went on a Tuesday at 10am and they were closed. Went back the following Tuesday at 11am and also closed but was posted online that they are open

Lisa did such a great job handling my mother, an elderly but sweet woman with dementia, whom I brought in for a shampoo and blowout. Thank you!

Great shop! My fantastic hairstylist just moved there, much closer to where I live. Parking is crowded. It is in a small shopping center with busy Mexican restaurant. This is for entire family!

I do not recommend this hair studio I went o get my kids a hair cut and they made me wait 2 1/2 hours and then I didn’t even get to cut my kids hair because they have favoritism with the clients. I really do not recommend for people trying to get cuts. 😡

Went on a Saturday with my last $40 to cut both my boys haircut and told the stylist that I had 2 haircuts if she would take them as walk in and she said yea it’ll be $40 so. So she finished the first and then decided to tell me it was gonna be $40 just for 1.
