Love this place! Went there a few times for facials and to get my brows done by Avery. She’s wonderful and very knowledgeable. I had a great relaxing experience and my face looked 10 years younger after my facial! Everyone is so nice and friendly. I strongly recommend 😊

This place is elite! Friendly wonderful staff, the pedicures were incredible and the massages were next level. All the ladies were amazing, thank you all. I believe we had Casey and Amanda for massages- Oh. My. Goodness. It was unforgettable. Thank you Centre Spa and Wellness for an amazing anniversary celebration. 🩷

I won’t be coming back!! Had my facial with Carrie today; she wasn’t personable at all. No communication on what she was putting on my face, didn’t speak to me or ask questions on my day. I had to ask her one question of how long she’s been there to maybe start a chat but nope. Silence the whole time I was there. Couldn’t even hear the music playing, all I heard was cars driving by. Bed was SO Uncomfortable, I couldn’t even lay my arms down on the sides because they were going to hang of the bed. Very hard and lumpy. Headband was so tight I left with a headache. She left a mask on my face for atleast 20 minutes that felt like concrete, way too much product. Didn’t ask if I was doing ok. Crickets. For 130 bucks I paid, I was atleast expecting to be comfortable on the bed! This was my first time there, was hoping to establish myself as a new customer but no, very disappointing experience.

My wife and I love coming to Centre Spa. We get a variety of services done here, from massages to facials to pedicures, and have loved each one. Every technician and employee we've met here has been friendly and personable, actively engaging with us and offering drinks and amenities often. I couldn't recommend Centre Spa enough if you're looking for high quality and relaxing spa services!

This facility is so pretty and always smells amazing, shout out Kalamazoo Candle Company! The waiting room is comfortable with a pretty wooded view and there are plenty of beverages to sip while you wait as well. The changing rooms are comfortable and I love that they give you a locker with a key, that only you have, to stash your belongings in during your service. I always feel as though my belongings are secure. They have so many different services to offer! I have been in four times, each for a steam session followed by a massage, twice with Reina and twice with Amanda. The steam rooms are super clean and always have the best smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available inside for use. My massage today with Reina was amazing! My massage was so relaxing and she really helped the stress and the m a n y knots melt away. Amanda was amazing both times as well! I will be back again in a month or so and I am really hoping to have one of those ladies massage me again!

I love Centre Spa. I have been gifted a few gift cards here and I’ve always enjoyed my experience. Their reception area is always so clean and calm, and I’m always greeted kindly. I’ve had a massage, which was absolutely wonderful. I also have had my hair cut, highlighted, and toned here. It’s always a great experience, especially since I’ve been coming to see Haley. She makes sure we’re on the same page through the whole process and I really trust her to deliver reasonable results. I’ll continue to have my hair done by her, and I look forward to it!

I had a massage last week, then I was coming back the following week for a pedicure because they couldn’t get me in for a massage and a pedicure at the same day. I went to check in last night and mentioned a shellac pedicure and they said they couldn’t do that they didn’t have the time for it. I’m very disappointed. When I scheduled, they never asked me what type of polish I wanted and didn’t say shellac pedicure will take much longer. I blame them now I am going on vacation and I have to go somewhere else and let the money sit on the card that my husband gave me.

Haley is ABSOLUTELY amazing! After years of bad hair cuts she gave me everything i asked for!! My hair feels so healthy and is so cute! I brought my daughter in for her very first haircut and she was amazing with my 4 year old! 10/10 am already recommending her to everyone!

Haley trimmed my hair and was very respectful of my request that she be super conservative and not take off a lot of length. More important than anything I believe that the person providing a service should listen to wants and get to know you. Francesca did an excellent massage but no longer works there and I'm about to get my first facial. The environment is very welcoming.

Hands down, the best place to get a massage. My wife and I purchased the Couple's Retreat and loved EVERYTHING. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff was VERY friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Hi there I see a few reviews on here talking about not great service and wanted to share mine! I called asking for a same day massage and was fit in immediately and I went in and checked in and my massage was amazing! 90 minutes of pure bliss! Afterwards while checking out I asked a few questions about other services for hair and I can't remember there name but the person at the front desk was unsure of the pricing but was still extremely friendly! I definitely recommend them!

Only went here to purchase a certificate for my wonderful mother in law, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. I hope to go there myself in the future.

Went there a few weeks ago for a 60 minute massage with Francesca and to have a spa gel manicure by Olivia and both girls did amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful 😊 Highly recommend this salon and spa if you are looking for some self care treatment!
