I was invited here for a Spa day with a group of ladies and it was hands down the best experience iv had at a spa in Austin! We had two hours to hang out in this super cute bungalow that had two separate saunas and cold plunge tubs. One inside and one outside! There were fully stocked showered and also tea for us when we were done. The bungalow was spacious, clean and decorated super cute!!! I highly recommend this place for a solo trip, friends spa day or even a couples date night! I can’t wait to go back myself.

Ceremony is peaceful, restorative, and quiet. I've enjoyed my massages with Isabelle and appreciate her knowledge and communication throughout the sessions. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a wellness community.

Great local massage spot in South Austin. I’ve been a member for a few years and enjoy trying new therapists and modalities. They don’t have one specific modality all the therapists follow so your experience will vary by therapist. I recently had a 110 minute deep tissue with Stephanie who was fantastic.

I've been a member at Ceremony for over 10 years and I can't say enough good things about them! They have wonderful massage and body work professionals and have recently expanded their services to include a cold plunge and sauna. I highly recommend Ceremony and becoming a member. You won't be disappointed!

Great traditional Nordic sauna setup — steam and loyly! Two sauna options, indoors and outdoors. Loved the cold plunge, showers, locker room, and hangout table as well. Excellent experience!

Not sure how to explain this but I’ve never left a place feeling more peaceful, unplugged, and relaxed. Which is great, because after a really annoying week in which I accumulated a lot of negative energy, nothing could have been better. I checked my negative energy at the door and enjoyed 2 hours alternating sauna and ice bath. A real sauna, not the infrared stuff. Then a 90 minute massage. Anna Belle brought so much positive energy and I felt like a completely new person when I left. Frankly, it may have been the most transformative and unexpected afternoon spent in a while. It’s got a slightly hippyish vibe which basically just means everyone is cool and the energy is great. Love it. Will be back. You know this is an edit. It was killing me, but I could not remember the amazing human from the front desks Name but she was amazing too. From the moment I got there and was greeted It was all perfect from there.

Sublime experience today, as always! I’ve been coming here a while because I know the owner (full disclosure) but I remembered that I need to book with Isabelle X more regularly. She is a body transformation genius! Everything that hurt me before I walked in felt amazingly good when I walked out! She is incredible and I hope can come back to see her soon. Sending all my friends & family to her too! (Also check out the new bathhouse Asenath built, it is amazing and even better than before. It now includes a steam room, sauna and cold plunge.)

Charlotte is THE expert in lower back work. I have frequent pain in my lower back and she is great at loosening up my muscles. I also love seeing Isabelle, who gives great Swedish massages and is also excellent at sports-massage stretching. Would definitely recommend both these ladies!

I had the pleasure of visiting Stephanie for a lymphatic drainage massage, and she did an incredible job. At the end of the session, she said, “Thank you for trusting me with your body,” which I found so thoughtful and grounding. She also incorporated craniosacral techniques on my head, and I could genuinely feel her working with her energy and energy field. I left feeling noticeably lighter. After the massage, I slept deeply, like a baby, and noticed a significant reduction in inflammation in my legs. A large, swollen lymph node I had was completely gone. The results were amazing. The space itself was absolutely charming with a warm, inviting vibe. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking an effective and rejuvenating experience.

My sports massage with Stephanie left me feeling marvelous! I am recovering from a hip replacement surgery, and my body has suffered a lot in the weeks before my surgery. One shoulder was strained, and the other over worked. Stephanie worked on my back and shoulders, loosening the knots and relaxing the stored tension. Afterwards, my entire torso felt balanced and relaxed. She was responsive to my feedback on pressure, and respectful of my need to avoid manipulation of my newly installed hip. I definitely recommend her for anyone with muscle aches from overwork or exercise.

The only place in town I go for massage!! I've been a member for almost 15 years here and Asenath, the owner, is committed to a true South Austin wellness experience. Krista and Shane are my go-tos - both are absolutely amazing. I get deep tissue massages monthly (get the membership!!) and they are SUBLIME. Like my body rebels if I don't go. The cold plunge and sauna are excellent as well. An exhilarating and relaxing rush that I don't do nearly enough.

I've been coming to Ceremony for 13 years. I've had a number of massage therapists over the years and they have all been excellent. My current therapist is Isabelle. She know pressure points and she can find the tension spots that need attention. I'm convinced that getting monthly massage has helped me maintain my health. All of my therapists have helped me maintain that good health.

My friends and I had a good time for my birthday celebration. The only issue we ran into was 30 min left of my 2 hour reservation, they brought a party of 6 guys for a bachelor party which totally killed the chill vibe. There were 3 of us and a couple, and we both placed reservations (2 hour time span). We were all disappointed that they allowed the guys back there before our time block was complete. It says there's a limit of 8 people at a time because the space is smaller, but still cute. We already had 5 people + 6 is 13 people and it was way too crowded. My friends also became uncomfortable to get into the cold plunge once the rambunctious group of guys was welcomed back there. It was all of our first time and we really enjoyed it until then.

This space is so special to me. The sauna cold plunge is always a treat and a perfect city escape. My Swedish massage with Sam M. today was life changing!! I seriously have never had a better massage. The perfect combination of relaxing but also very intentional and made some adjustments to my body I didn’t even know I needed :)

I recently was in a car accident and found this place through class pass. Krista was beyond incredible. She found all the problem spots and was so magical. Great energy in the space. Felt so calming and exactly where and what I needed. Highly recommend

I've been receiving massages from Anna Belle for the last several months and each one has been phenomenal. She has a warm and calming presence, takes care to ask (and listen to!) what's been going on recently in my body and life, communicates clearly her intentions and plan for the session, and incorporates a breadth of healing practices alongside excellent massage work. Very knowledgeable and very intuitive; I always feel that I am in safe, strong, and very capable hands with Anna Belle! The rest of the staff I've met at Ceremony have also been friendly, helpful, and inviting, and the space is super cute and cozy: perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. Highly recommend!

To start- I’ve been getting massages here for years and have always had wonderful experiences. The entire team is professional, positive, and nurturing. Asenath, the owner, is truly inspiring and her passion for her work is reflected in the quality of the staff. Shout out to the friendly front desk staff and the overall vibe of the space- calm and great rotating art. Practitioners I’ve seen a lot over time and love are Mark and Kristy. Anna Belle is the practitioner I’m working with most consistently these days and she is AMAZING! She incorporates so many elements into the sessions- breathing techniques, soothing music, chimes, bowls, oils, and positive affirmations. She really takes the time to check in to make sure I’m having the best experience possible. A million stars even though this site only gives the option of five.

I got the 110min sports massage with Trey- and wow my body feels amazing now! So much tension relieved, I am so grateful. 💆🏻‍♀️ this business is super cute too! A little house with rooms and art and they have sauna and cold plunge too. I'll definitely be back!!

I love all of the amazing and pampering experiences Ceremony has to offer. I have done a few sessions of energy work with Sharon and I love these sessions. My time with Sharon has really helped during an exceptionally challenging summer. The atmosphere is calm and beautiful and Sharon has been so lovely to work with—I always feel better after these sessions and look forward to continuing this journey. Overall, the salon is so cute and the staff I have met are all super cool (special shout out to SJ who is always so professional and sweet and has great energy.) I highly recommend Ceremony for great hair, wellness and more!

Edit: The length of time was 50 min, not an hour. The rest of the experience still stands. I appreciate the business reaching out to me with a solution! Great customer service. I honestly hate that I have to leave this review because I want to believe this place is phenomenal. I love the space. I typically go for sauna and cold plunge which I love, but today I added a 60 minute deep tissue massage. I feel like the massage would’ve been great if I had gotten what I paid for.. Stephanie was my therapist. I was under the impression she definitely didn’t want to be there. She didn’t even go the full hour and half of my body it felt like she went 50% effort. On one side of my body, it’d be an intense, comprehensive massage, and the other side felt like a short couple of squeezes. She asked what I needed in the beginning and then didn’t spend any time on those areas. During the massage she kept pausing or using one only hand.. I’m not sure what she was doing in that time. Honestly I’m a bit disappointed. I figured maybe we were running out of time so I didn’t say anything to the other staff. But then I got in my car and realized it hadn’t even been a full hour.. sadly disappointed:(
