Courtney is absolutely amazing !! She is super sweet and takes her time. I had explained to her that i wanted curtain bangs, and she did just that ! My hair is beautiful, and im in love with the bangs! During my wash, she also gave me a head massage, which was much needed😅 can't wait to see her again 🥰

Courtney always does such an amazing job! She is so sweet and really helped bring my postpartum hair back to life. Street parking for the salon is easy to find even on game days.

The atmosphere at Ceremony is warm and welcoming. I came in and immediately felt relaxed, even before having my hair washed (which felt like being at a spa). I did not have a plan for my haircut other than something low maintenance. Courtney suggested some ideas of what would work best for my hair so that it can look good with minimal/no effort, and she did a great job with the cut. Now it looks like I have put in some effort to style my hair even when I haven’t (ha!). Courtney is so kind and so good at her job!! I will definitely be coming back!

Courtney has been my go-to hair stylist/colorist since 2018! She has always done a phenomenal job and is incredibly skilled. I've dyed my hair all different colors of blonde, and then transitioned to red, and now back to blonde/brown. She is great with any color! If you're in the Columbus area, I highly recommend going to her. I moved out of state, but still come back and see Courtney when I am in town! :) Also, she is just a wonderful person! I always enjoy my sessions and when I get to come catch up with her in her beautiful salon.

I’ve had multiple wonderful experiences at Ceremony Hair Studio with Courtney. At my first appointment, she asked for not only photos of what I liked, but also photos of me when I loved my hair the most. She shared photos of inspiration that she thought made sense for me, showed me sample color swatches and just spent extra time before getting started to make sure we were on the same page. I left with blonde I loved that would grow out naturally, as well as one of the best cuts I’ve ever had.

Ceremony salon is warm, welcoming, and has such a cool vibe - no surprise since Courtney herself is the same. Not only is Courtney and her salon wonderful - she is so dang TALENTED as a hair artist!!! I used to be so nervous getting my haircut, and hated my natural hair but since going to Courtney, I never feel that way anymore. It's really because Courtney has an amazing sense of style, gives me cuts that compliment my natural hair, and she ALWAYS leaves me looking and feeling my best. It's no longer new to me to have people stop me while I'm out and ask me who my stylist is - what a confidence boost!

Courtney is a hidden gem in Columbus. She has an incredible eye for color and is so incredibly talented at creating a natural, lived in look. She really listens and asks thoughtful questions to make sure you’re on the same page about expectations. While she is an expert at balayage, her haircutting is also top notch. I am always blown away by her talent and leave the salon feeling incredible - attached a photo from my service today to show just how good she is!

I cannot recommend enough going to Courtney for your next hair cut! I previously had a botched haircut and highlight from a different stylist and salon that left me feeling defeated. After discovering Courtney from a coworker I left Ceremony Hair Salon feeing confident and refreshed with the hair cut I dreamed of! She talked me through each step that she took and the products she used which was refreshing compared to other salons I’ve been to. MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT! WORTH IT!!

I was referred by a friend and I will say the first visit was nice. Courtney addressed my hair needs and did a nice job on my color. She did not feel well enough for a haircut that day so I did have to come back again. On my second visit, my son got very sick and needed daily injections to help fight his infection. I notified Courtney several days before (within cancellation period) and asked if I should reschedule or if should could still fit me in since I would have to be late due to my sons illness/daily injection needs. She told me to come in and she could still fit me in. Unfortunately that was not true. I went for my appt and she was able to do my color but did not have time for the usual bowl treatment/haircut or blow dry. I left with wet hair and no cut but she charged me the full amount. The whole time I was there I thanked her for fitting me in and she even mentioned that it was no big deal bc she hopes others will be understanding when she has kids one day. That was all lost on me once she charged me the full amount for the services I did not receive. Pretty disappointing. I will not be back.

First off Courtney's new salon is gorgeous! Its everything you're looking for! It has a cozy feel to it and feels like home but still has an amazing ambiance to it. She even provides snacks for you which is amazing when you're doing a two hour service! Its not just about the salon though, Courtney herself is what makes the place home. I have been getting my hair done by her for over four years. Every time I come in she is warm and welcoming, and such genuine person. Most importantly she is INCREDIBLY SKILLED! She Can make your hair dreams come true and she is always committed to her craft. When Courtney does your hair it always feels right. She also has the best technique for washing hair, it seriously feels fantastic! If you're looking for a place that gives all around splendid service and you're new go to hair girl, this is it!!!
