Tatiana is the only person I trust with my hair/curls!She does an exceptional job making sure my curls are well kept and my fade is on point.As well as when getting my beard cleaned up.Definitely recommend!

Kristian did a fantastic job on a partial color fix and split dye color 🫶🏼 He really takes the time to do it right and cares about how your hair will turn out by then end of the process. Straight forward and honest about colors and bleaching processing expectations. Definitely the go to for Vivids and colors! More colors and pictures to come!!!

Disappointing Experience at Ceres Hair Salon I regret to share my incredibly disappointing experience at Ceres Hair Salon. Unfortunately, my visit to this salon left me thoroughly dissatisfied, with several issues that significantly impacted my overall perception of the establishment and the service provided. First and foremost, the salon itself was far from the clean and welcoming environment one would expect. Dust covered most surfaces, giving the impression of neglect and poor upkeep. The lack of cleanliness was evident and contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere throughout my visit. Upon entering the salon, I was met with complete indifference. No one greeted me or inquired about my appointment, leaving me to navigate the unfamiliar surroundings on my own. The absence of basic customer service and hospitality created a sense of neglect and disorganization right from the beginning. Unfortunately, my assigned stylist, Jessica, consistently demonstrated unprofessional behavior during my three-month period of visits. She was persistently late for each appointment, causing unnecessary delays and inconveniences. This lack of punctuality showed a disregard for my time and a lack of respect for the commitments made. Furthermore, I entrusted Jessica with the care of my hair extensions, which proved to be a grave mistake. She not only cut off a significant portion of the length, disregarding my desired outcome, but also failed to properly place the extensions when removing them. This resulted in unnecessary damage and an overall unsatisfactory appearance. Adding insult to injury, Jessica insisted on keeping 4 of my extensions that she claimed I no longer needed. This not only demonstrated a lack of transparency but also revealed a clear attempt to upsell unnecessary products and services. While I appreciate that a $250 refund was provided to rectify the situation, it is important to note that I had initially spent $450 on hair extensions that were completely ruined due to Jessica's negligence and lack of expertise. It is important to note that I paid for 14" of hair that was completely cut off by the stylist. I spent a total of $1200 in that three month period. In conclusion, my experience at Ceres Hair Salon was nothing short of a complete disappointment. From the dirty salon conditions to the lack of attentiveness and professionalism demonstrated by Jessica, this establishment failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I strongly advise potential customers to seek other options that prioritize professionalism, customer service, and skillful execution of services.

Great Salon conveniently located on Woodruff Road. Stylist Ashley B. is onsite and one of the best stylists I know. She's very attentive to the details and I've never feel rushed with her. I've seen her for 10+ years and she's always delivered top quality.

Isha was fantastic. I went to her for a shampoo, cut and blowdry. Before she washed my hair, she spent time assessing the texture and asking me what I liked and didn't like. We discussed her recommendation. She made sure we were on the same page. I was very pleased with my cut and will be back for more. Isha took her time. I never felt rushed or like I was on an assembly line. She was very personable and we had a good conversation. The environment is very relaxing and spacious with an open feel.

Beautiful, open, and relaxing environment at this salon. Called to see if a same day short notice appointment was available, and Isha was more than happy to take me in. I asked for bangs and layers. Isha’s work was beautiful and she took her time. The blow out left me feeling good all day. Will be back again.

I came to Isha to set my hair before my school dance. Me having curly hair wanted to straighten it and Isha did a wonderful job with the blow out she did for me. She was very gentle and precise in her process and my hair came out beautiful, I would totally recommend!

Isha took very good care of me. I did something spontaneous at the very last minute so she took me in and did a wonderful job with my hair. You can tell by how much she cares for her clients just by how she presents herself. The atmosphere of the salon was calming, I usually dread going to the salon because of all the bustle. I was very impressed with her work and her kindness. Thank you!!

I thought I'd try threading vs waxing for my eyebrows and wow was I impressed. Isha was quick, detailed and understood how I wanted my brows. It is fascinating and takes skill to thread. Not sure I ever want to go back to waxing. Will definitely be back.
