Cesar is a true artist. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, he looked twice at the pic and immediately understood and gave me exactly that. Not only is he a top-level professional who knows his craft extremely well, he is also very personable. He is not only your hair colorist/stylist but he is also your friend. Cesar is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He carefully listens to what you want to achieve and explains the options that are healthiest for your hair. His clear communication style helps you know exactly what to expect. He works to enhance your natural beauty and look, so that it looks exceptional! He has a wonderful personality as well - it makes the time in the chair fly by. Highly recommend for colour, cut, style, and hair masks.

I love and trust Cesar's hands. He really loves his job and you can tell. I just moved from my home country and so I was very afraid of trusting my hair to a new stylist. My husband encouraged me to read some stylists profiles and that's when I found Cesar. His bio catched my attention because of his professionalism and passion for his work. From the moment I met him he was very heartwarming, and welcoming. He made me feel safe and BROUGHT MY HAIR BACK TO LIFE!. I never felt so confident, I've never saw my hair so shiny! He used a hair mask from his line that I obviously got cause WOW! It's been 2 weeks now since that and my hair is still shiny, healthy! He's just awesome and incredibly funny. I found my forever hairstylist.

I went in for a Peruvian Blowout, and my hair has never looked or felt healthier. Cesar’s knowledge is next level, and he took the time to walk me through a personalized, healthy hair care routine that I can follow at home. He is so friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about helping you achieve your best hair. I have never felt more confident about my hair care routine and can’t wait for my next visit to continue seeing my hair glow. Cesar is a hair color expert! I just moved here and was nervous finding a new hair stylist. I’ve always been a bright blonde and Cesar took me to a refined cool toned dark blonde - he did an amazing job! As soon as I got home my husband said “this is the best your hair color has ever been”. (Not to mention Cesar is an absolute sweet heart and a joy to hang out with)

Seriously cannot recommend Cesar enough!! He is the first hairstylist I’ve found that exceeds my expectations. I showed him one photo and let me tell you.. It turned out better than the inspo pic! Love my new color! Easy to schedule, such an incredibly nice and outgoing person as well. I always look forward to getting my hair freshened up. I’ve purchased his products as well and they have made my hair so soft, shiny and healthy! 10/10 recommend!

I can’t recommend Cesar enough as a hairstylist! He’s not only talented but also incredibly helpful, providing me with great tips for maintaining my hair at home. I've gotten my hair done many times now by Cesar and I've always had an amazing experience! Cesar took me from grown-out blonde balayage to red, and then to auburn. Both colors turned out beautifully and he has definitely won me over as my go-to hairstylist. He is so knowledgeable as well as honest, in that he will tell you if certain styles or processes will not work for your hair. I can't imagine going to anyone else now, I highly recommend him!

Cesar is an amazing hairdresser. My friend suggested I go see him to fix my hair color. To be honest, at first I was worried about trying another hairdresser but... OMG!!! when I met him...so much energy, positive personality I loved it! He treated me like a queen, my hair was so pretty and healthy that I received a ton of compliments when I left the salon. Definitely if you are in Washington you have to visit him and give to your hair some love. Cesar, you are the best!

I recently got a haircut from Cesar and let me say, this is my favorite haircut I’ve ever received! He took my inspiration photo and tailored it to what would be most flattering for me. He showed me how to style my hair at home which I greatly appreciate, especially since we changed up the style so much. I've been coming to see Cesar every two weeks for almost a year now, and I have been consistently impressed with his work. He is an incredible artist and stylist that truly cares about his client's needs, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am happy with my hair. For example, I told him that my scalp gets irritated by hair dyes with sulfites and he went out of his way to research and stock products that would not irritate my skin. He also takes the time to educate me about my hair type and how to care for it at home. I highly recommend Cesar to anyone, especially if you’re looking for someone that knows how to work with textured hair. My daughter and I have textured hair, and it has been so hard to find anyone in Seattle/Bellevue that understands how to cut, color, and shape our hair.
