Came once and had a nice haircut so came back. After having waited for 30 minutes the stylist tells me he's taking another person before me because she had made a phone appointment and I hadn't. This is something he could've told me when I arrived and saved me from wasting my time sitting there. Great cuts, poor customer service. Be sure to call ahead if you're going.

A friend recommended him to me, and I loved how he works. I explained how I wanted it cut, and it turned out better than I imagined. Good price and great service.

Cesar is an experienced and careful stylist, and, the salon is peaceful and clean. I got a very good mid-length layered cut (ala Jane Fonda) with wispy bangs. It looks good on me and I appreciate how thorough Cesar was in cutting it. The cost of my cut and blow dry was $45.00 and I tipped him $7.00. Total cost was $52.00...which I consider worth it ❤️‼️ Thank you, Cesar 🏆

Cesar is the best!! I was leaving the country and I needed a last minute hair cut (I literally walked in an hour before without an appointment so I was definitely expecting him to say no).. but to my surprise, he said yes and did such a wonderful job on my hair!! He didn't even rush me and was sooo nice about it. Thank you so much Cesar!! I will definitely be coming here for my haircuts :)

I have been gettin my hair cut by Cesar for years—since I’ve moved to Chicago. They always do a great job and they’re so friendly and professional. If I could rate 10 stars, I would.

Cesar and Trini are both wonderful at cutting hair. Cesar owns the business and runs it like he really cares and you can tell that he does with the amount of effort he puts in with interacting with customers. The work they do is great, you can go in, get a haircut, beard trim and get shampoo (for no extra charge). Haven’t ever had a bad experience and I’d rather support a small business any day of the week over a chain. Pro tip: If you’re nervous about the wait time, just give them a call before you go in, never had a problem when I do that.
