I’ve been getting my hair done by Morgan for about a year and a half now, and she’s truly made my hair dreams come true! She puts so much attention into every detail, which really shows how much she cares about her work and her clients. Every time I walk into the salon, the environment is always so positive and upbeat. I always feel so welcomed by every staff member. I wholeheartedly recommend Morgan and Cha Cha’s they make hair dreams come true!

My first experience at Cha Cha's and I will 100% be back! The vibe of the salon is positive the space had great energy. My stylist was Kelsey and I really hit the jackpot with her. She took time to ask questions about hair wants, routines and habits, talked products and styling tips and ultimately gave me a style where I can lean into my natural hair pattern and type. She really went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with a great cut that matched my lifestyle. I couldn't be happier and I will definitely be back.

After moving to Lexington from South Florida, it was important to find a salon and experienced stylist to takeover my hair care routine. I researched many places and was impressed with Cha Cha’s, moreover I found Morgan Switzer. She is an experienced extension and color specialist and is always keeping up with new trends. The salon’s atmosphere has a great vibe and everyone is friendly. They always offer drinks and snacks. My appointments are always on time and I’ve never left unhappy. Morgan is the absolute best!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Morgan at Cha Cha’s! After living in big cities like Boston and New York, I can confidently say she is hands down the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. From the moment I sat in her chair, I knew I was in good hands. Morgan has an incredible talent for understanding exactly what I want, and she always delivers stunning results. Morgan from ChaCha’s has made all of my hair dreams come true!!! I am on my third set of 20in hair extensions and I think I will be addicted for life. My first set was a bright blonde and my second/third set is a little darker blonde to try and get more towards my natural hair color. I have loved being able to do more things with my hair and I can definitely tell my natural hair is more healthy due to products, less washing, and less heat. This was such a confidence booster for me, I love my extensions so much and will forever be grateful to Morgan!!

Morgan is seriously the best hairstylist in town! She is absolutely amazing with extensions, and I can’t recommend her enough. The extensions she does are the most natural-looking I’ve ever seen, and they’ve completely transformed my confidence. I was nervous at first about getting extensions—what if I didn’t like them? But Morgan made the entire process so comfortable. She knows exactly what she’s doing and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Now, I’m obsessed, and I can’t imagine going back. Not only is Morgan incredibly skilled, but she’s also the sweetest person. If you’re considering extensions or just need a hairstylist who truly knows her craft, Morgan is the one. Morgan is the absolute best! I've been trusting Morgan with my hair for almost a decade for cut & color. We've done balayage, ombré, highlights, lowlights, lobs, layers, and very long length, and she's kept my hair healthy through it all. I am picky about my hair dresser and she's the only one I let do my hair - even when I moved 3 hours away temporarily I still drove back for hair appointments with her. She's a doll!

Keeley as amazing! She understood exactly what I wanted and the cut was perfection! I drove 2 hrs for an appt with her and this was my first time visiting ChaCha’s! I found Keeley on TikTok after searching for shag haircuts and tada, she was there! She was very thorough with tips for styling and hair care. I booked a second spot for color and cut. I’m so glad to find someone that is so good at razor cutting!

Aa always Cha Chas was perfect. I'm very happy with my cut. The feel of the place is fun and inviting, unlike a lot of stuffy fru fru places. They have all the bells and whistles without the judgy atmosphere. My stylist listened to me, and asked great questions. Still my favorite salon.
