Longest hairwash with the cheapest products. Great concept but when technician doesn’t speak English defeats the purpose. Chatted on her phone the entire treatment. Lavender eye mask was burning my eyes. Was excited to try but can’t 100% not worth it.

Tried a scalp massage and treatment. It was fantastic! Added the reflexology which was also very good! Would definitely return.

Disappointing! The lady was running 15 minutes late… i had already paid for one hour parking. She provides my full hour of service…. I pay -and tip and get hit with a $63 parking fine. All because Cha Spa was late! Not happy.

Review for massage only. The worst massage I've ever paid for. Just no. They used rubber gloves the whole time. I kept waiting for it to be relaxing, but it was choppy and random. The room was cold. You could hear constant stomping on the hardwood floors from the shop upstairs. I cut it 15 minutes short because I couldn't take it. Nice staff but I won't go back.

They were really unprofessional and rude. I booked on ClassPass, which is cheaper than booking through cha spa directly. I called to say I was running 10 mins late and would be happy to cut into the massage time, so that they won’t be late for other clients. The manager Diana gave me a lecture that they don’t allow late arrivals. I think if I had booked through cha spa directly they would’ve allowed it, but they wanted to pocket the money from ClassPass without giving the service. They didn’t even mark it as a no show on ClassPass, so I could get my credits back. Really cheap and unprofessional business

This is a no frills massage place. I purchased the 60 minute foot reflexology massage combo. The massage was fantastic. Again; let me emphasize that it’s no frills. A curtain separates you from the next person. But the quality of the service was fantastic. I will 100% be back.
