I have been going to Champagne Nails on & off for a couple of years. The place is welcoming & comfortable; playing chill music and is well lit without blinding you. Let’s not forget the available champagne (or lemon infused water). :) While all of CN staff are wonderful, my recent visits with Jessica have about turned me into a regular. Jessica is always friendly and works diligently at her craft. She takes her time with nail shape & designs so you leave HAPPY. I broke a natural nail and Jessica was able to fit + perfectly shape an extension to match. These may be my favorite nails I’ve ever treated myself too. Will definitely be returning next month for fun/new designs.

they were very nice but overall i would not recommend this place. i got a dip manicure with a very simple design and it was $90. it took them over 2 hours and the design was very sloppy and my nails were different lengths. they also didn’t last and starting lifting quickly :(

Tu is very nice the place is very clean and I get the best first impression. But after my last visit I’m questioning if I’ll ever go back. They cut my cuticles so short they scarred the next day on 6 of my fingers, I had to go back in after the visit on the same day because they lady cut my nails crooked. I was getting them done for my best friends wedding and I was a groomsman, I don’t typically expect much when I get a pedicure I don’t get them often but they charged extra for things that should be included and are included at most places and my fingers literally hurt I just had to leave a review. Hopefully with my complaints to management and this review they will tighten things up because I’ve always heard great things. Price was out of control for a man’s pedicure and manicure. $125 with tip That’s a lot for the little they doo

Excellent service and I couldn’t be happier with how great my pedicure looks. My daughter and I have been going here for awhile now and it’s the best nail place in TOWN! Misa and Jessica are amazing at what they do and our nails look amazing every time! The atmosphere is incredible and everyone here is friendly and welcoming, you will see why it’s always busy and they place to go.

Not impressed! The girl that did my nails had no idea what I wanted. She did the opposite. Files my nails down to absolutely nothing. When I mentioned I thought they were too short, she just smiled. I had to literally stop her. I asked for oval shape and I got completely round and filed to the shortest I’ve ever had. Then they only accept cash tip. Unfortunately I don’t carry cash so it was awkward and a hassle. Just did not feel comfortable there!

Champagne Nail Bar is the best in SB- Bar none! I have tried many salons in town and dip is their expertise here! Not only is it the chicest spot with clean, modern and luxurious decor- the staff is friendly and knowledgeable! For the first time ever, I’m able to keep my dip manicure for 3-4 weeks! That was unheard of for me at any other salon. It was 10 days max. They also keep up with the nail trends and know their stuff!

I absolutely LOVE my nails! They’re the perfect birthday nails and turned out better than the inspo pic. Everyone was so sweet and helpful! I appreciated how they were attentive to how I wanted my nails and made sure I liked the colors they picked before applying it on my nail. I think I just found my new favorite nail spot. :) thank you much I am in love and very very happy!

I discovered Champagne Nail Bar about a year and a half ago and have been a regular visitor ever since. It's the best salon I've experienced, not only in Santa Barbara but anywhere else I've been to. It excels in every aspect: quality, service, personnel, and ambiance. The staff are highly professional, friendly, and exceptionally skilled. I'm always met with warm welcomes. The salon's environment is spotlessly clean, hygienic, and elegantly decorated. It has a great vibe, and I'm always offered champagne or water on arrival, a gesture that makes me feel like I'm on vacation. Every technician I've encountered is attentive and meticulous. I've never had any issues with the quality of service. Champagne Nail Bar is a true gem in Santa Barbara. I had the most fantastic experience getting my nails done! I received a gel manicure and gel pedicure. The salon's atmosphere was relaxing, and the nail technicians were both skilled and attentive. I was visiting and able to get in for a pedi, spur of the moment. Lisa was amazing! I did the lux on lux pedicure. All around great experience from the front desk to the nail tec. Very clean and sanitary business. I will definitely be back!

I've been to Champagne Nail Bar many times, a few weeks ago was a horrible experience. The nail tech asked if I wanted my nails shorter and I said No thanks, they are just right the way they are but he proceeded to file down my nails, making my thumb nail crooked. During the cuticle portion, he cut my cuticle causing it to bleed and still used alcohol and other products on my cuticle. Never said I'm sorry. He seemed rushed and kept shoving my hand into the gel dryer, hitting my nail into the inside of the dryer. I did tell him my hand was all the way in, but he kept doing it throughout the entire application of the gel. Probably the worst gel manicure ever-not one of my nails is smooth and you can see the polish on my cuticles or sides of my nails got one pass but not the second or third. Then he was so rough using the nail file on the sides of my nails that my fingers hurt for a few days-it felt like he cut my fingers with the nail file. Then the owner made sure to announce to the entire salon, Did you tip him? Maybe I will go back there at some point but I will never allow this man to do my nails again.

I’m local to SB and had a very poor experience. I rarely get my nails done and wanted to treat myself to something nice. Went in to get a gel manicure. Within a week, the edges starting peeling off and looked horrible. Went into the salon 11 days after my original appointment and they said they only guarantee gels for a week. It’s common knowledge that gels should last 2-4 weeks. I asked for them to remove the gels and replace with a regular manicure. They were only willing to remove the old gels. Due to the poor customer service, I will not be returning.

My sister booked for 5 for my bridal party and the service was both poor (some in the grp our weren’t offered water or champagne, there was a lot of disorganized communication about nail treatment selection and polish choice) and the quality was mediocre. I had to repeatedly ask for my pedicure polish to be applied uniformly and completely to cover my nail. I was also mocked for not wanting color on my nails as the bride and when I requested a simple file and clear polish, I got a very uneven file job and poor single coat polish application that is already chipping off (same day). Would not recommend to anyone who is looking for a special experience or attention to detail.

This is my favorite nail salon in SB! Every staff member has been polite, welcoming, patient, accommodating and has given me efficient service at a reasonable price. If there's ever an issue with color or scheduling, they solve it quickly and respectfully. I love it! I highly recommend you give them a try, and bring your men. (They are welcome for manis and pedis and "clean up" nicely.) 😉
