We waited 45 mins after being told it would only take 20 mins. Toes were done great but the person who did my nails hurt me really bad. I think they were in a hurry. I have cuts that hurt all around my cuticles.

I went in for a basic manicure. When I say the lady butchered my fingers. I was cut on 4 out of 10 fingers. I've started to hear "sorry sir" in my sleep. I get manicures every 2-3 weeks. I can't say I'll return. The facility was nice, though. The young lady who was at the door was gracious, gorgeous, and respectful.

I went in for an acrylic fill with gel polish and picked a color from the samples. After she painted one hand, I noticed the color didn’t match what I had chosen. When I brought it up, she seemed annoyed and brought the samples back for me to double-check. After verifying, she told me the samples were old and faded, so they no longer matched the actual polish. She asked me to pick another color, which I did, but that one also didn’t match the sample. At this point, she was visibly frustrated and repeated that the samples were outdated and inaccurate. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I ended up picking a color I didn’t like, hoping it would appear lighter once applied, but it didn’t. I’m really unhappy with the color and the limited, inaccurate selection. That said, the nail shape and thickness were done well, so the application itself was thorough. However, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

Not the best pedicure I’ve ever had - no effort was made to clean up the rough part of my heels - and the massage felt like a mere brushing of my skin. They do a good job on nails, but will not be getting a pedicure here again.

This place sucks! Asian lady gets mad because I didn’t like the way she was doing my nails and basically said she didn’t want to do my eyebrows. I’m paying for the service if I don’t like what you’re doing I’m going to voice it out. I wouldn’t have let You touch my eyebrows for NOTHING Regardless this place sucks! Poor customer service and their work is sorry anyway.. just being honest! Dallas has plenty of great places than this place here. . NO STAR FROM ME!

What I asked for . Vs what I got . I normally do my own nails but I decided to take a break and go here after a long work day . Place doesn’t follow TDLR rules and regulations. Worker tried to argue that my nails were long length when in fact this is nowhere near the length I wanted. Money wasted and I should’ve just did my own . It would’ve looked like the picture at least .

Don’t listen to the bad reviews, I’ve been going here for around 6 months & I absolutely love it! It’s clean, organized, aesthetically pleasing, reasonably priced, and consistent. The owner is so stylish & sweet, you can tell she really puts a lot of hard work into running this salon. I am loyal to Anna every 3 weeks and she does an phenomenal job taking care of my natural nails, they always look perfect. Kathy is also very talented! I’m certain that they all do a great job here. They’re opening up a new salon closer to my home but I will continue to make the drive to Champions!

Worst nail experience ever! Don’t go to this nail shop this is me leaving the shop… doesn’t look like I just got a manicure at all! Didn’t soak my hands. No lotion. No oil. No massage. Didn’t cut my cuticles. Bad polish job. It’s because I asked for a mani and didn’t opt for nail tips or gel or dip. I figured they felt like they weren’t going to make a cash cow so they just didn’t want to do my nails and you can see that! I will never go here again and never recommend you go either! Over priced. Rushed. Rude. Don’t go!

Beware of up charges and thin gel polish! My first visit was good. I went in to have toenails clipped and painted with gel for a big event. During my second visit, I was told it was $5 more for paint removal. I questioned this because I have never visited a salon that charges extra for the full service. I kindly let the front desk person know that I never had the fee go up for the same service I was seeking. I informed her it’s not worth coming back since other salons don’t charge the extra $5. Suddenly, she realized I was asking for something different from what she thought. She then charged me the same fee as my first visit, which was okay. However, I should have walked out instead of staying. I definitely didn’t get my money’s worth. The gel has chipped off nonstop starting the day after my visit.

I got my nails done here for the first time, 2 weeks ago & 2days later there was some lifting my nails would get caught up with my hair. On the 3rd day my real nail separated from the acrylic/nail dip. By the 4th day 2 of my nails cracked because of how thin she left them, my nail didn’t hurt so I have no idea what caused them to break. Will not be back I’ve never had this happen before at my normal nail salon.

Super detailed, extremely sweet and friendly, very clean, and the nails come out perfect! I was also honestly suprised at what I thought was a great price for 2 manicures, one of them being a detail set that came out looking fantastic. Highly recommend!

One if the worst nail salons in Dallas-Fort Worth! I took my daughter to do our nails and they seemed to be friendly, but I was charged $192.00! I signed up for 2 BASIC pedis with gel polish, 1 child's mani with gel polish for my daughter, and 1 acrylic full set with gel polish. I was the only one who needed a removal of regular polish. $140.00 should have been my total and then I could tip. They charged me a $25.00 tip with my permission and I didn't want to tip my pedi tech because she was angry to remove my REGULAR polish not GEL and complained in her language to my mani tech. Me and my daughter's mani tech were great, but overall that putting their own tip is wrong. If my pedi tech was so bitter about removing my pedi polish; .... she needs to change careers because I was super friendly. Disappointed 😞

The best place in town! I’ve been going here since they opened. Jillian has always done my nails and I always get so many compliments over how beautiful they look. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve had great experiences visiting both times. I’ve been able to book appointments with no wait upon arrival. I only chose 4 stars instead of 5 because both times I was not offered a beverage. That being said, they do have a variety of beverages. Service was great and seems to be very clean.

Beautiful atmosphere, no rushing, very relaxing, any very professional. Some nail techs I don’t prefer because I’m very picky about how I want my nails to look but they will fix any mistakes. The drinks are great as well.

Convenient location; however, very poor appointment reservation 'time management'. On several attempts, it seems that the appointments mean nothing to them. They are always running behind, or just a little longer wait, or the person left early, or some other excuse. On this visit... I made an appointment in advance for 5pm with a particular technician. I arrived early and asked to start with a pedicure while I wait for my hand appointment....Response... no problem....but the technician appointment for your hands is a 'little behind' so 5:15pm? I say...no problem. My pedicure is going fine but now at 5:30pm...30 minutes past the appointment time...when I asked how much longer for my hands, the woman (Wendy) started yelling at me. Yes...yelling. She said she doesn't like takimg appointments. I asked Wendy to lower her voice and she kept yelling. She said that I should wait like I do at a doctor's office. After she vented, she stormed off. Seriously poor management. While the nails done by my technician are nice, getting past the front desk attitude is difficult. I will say that everyone has rough days and maybe this was the case for her today but based on my experiences and based on other reviews posted, I believe that this is the norm.

First time getting dip nails after years of acrylics and they explained everything. I like natural looking nails and they did an amazing job accentuating my own nails and made them look beautiful!

I have been a customer of this place since 2019. In the past months, I have been disappointed with their service/quality overall.. always running behind.. you set an appointment, arrive on time, and then have to wait 15-20min, that's disrespectful, so the technicians are always rushing and not doing the job well.. after 3 or 4 months without visit the salon for that reason... on the December 31st I set an appointment for pedi with my husband, I always do gel on my toes, but because they were running behind (as usual, no matters that we had an appointment) and we had errands to run, I told them just nail polish and this is how my toes look just 5 days after I did my pedi.. pretty poor quality in ur products.. Definitely, this was my last time coming here.. I'm glad that I found Trophy Nail Salon, more variety, better service, and punctuality

I have been coming to this nail shop for about two years and I travel from Richardson to Fort Worth they give the best service and I cannot say enough about the staff they are super sweet and do an excellent job on my nails and feet. I will continue coming here.

I moved from Nj to TX and I tried this place out because I live in the apartment complex behind. I love this place! When I got gel it would last a while without chipping. I went over to dip powder and they have a wide variety of colors. The pedicures are great as well! The ladies are also very helpful and nice to my daughter when I’m getting my fingers done

The guy that did my nails i don’t know his name but he seemed pretty mad when I came back the next day because they were too far up on my cuticle so I went to go get them fixed he said something to the lady next to him about me and then filed around my cuticles and then just got up and walked away it Will definitely be my last time going to this nail salon. Just rude, if you would’ve done them right the first time then I wouldn’t of had to come back up there

What a great place to start our bride’s weekend! Rose was super helpful right from the jump! She had a smile and was great with trying to figure out what we wanted for the nails! The drinks are also a definite plus! I highly recommend!

Worst place ever! I asked for regular manicure the nails polish were super old I pay pretty much 42 dollars for nothing a totally waste of money. Look at the picture🥴3 layers of nail polish and still bad.
