It was an experience, I haven't come across anyone that has perfected cutting hair like it's an art. I would say they did a phenomenal job! They truly care about your hair, which shouldn't be too much to ask for these days. They went beyond my expectations, I love my haircut and honestly can't say I have had anyone do a better job in over a decade. Honestly cannot express with words how happy I am with my hair.

Trying to schedule an appointment but was told the next opening would be 4 months later, which was fine but they refuse schedule my appointment unless I know what color I would like to do for 4 MONTHS later? Who decides what hair color they want to dye 4 months before their appointment? I guess they have enough business for at least 4 months so I would take my money somewhere else.

Amazing hair salon. The moment you walk in to finish you are treated with friendliness, good advice for your hair and they use japanese hair products. My husband and I love Charlie. He takes his time ,is very entertaining. No rush like some salon where they rush because they are busy. We are from Florida and when ever we are in Vegas we see Charlie. That's how we miss him. Best ever hair service we ever had. THANKS CHARLIE.. You have to book in advance because they are fully booked

They implemented a text reminder tool that reminds you when your appointment is so you will know if you have an appointment or not. They are extremely busy! So book a couple weeks or a month in advance! I had to cancel my first visit due to travel for work. They kindly understood. Rescheduled, but couldn't fit me in for another couple weeks! ( like I said, they are busy.. for good a reason! ) As I walked in I was greeted a warm welcome. Shin was my Stylist. He was really sweet, and whenever I needed input he was happy to provide it. We chatted for nearly the whole time about various topics. When he finished the cut he then showed me how to style my hair, even recommended a type of wax to use with my hair type. Offered a hair wash which was included! ( a huge plus! ) After the wash he wanted to touch up my hair so that it was just right. Rung me up and proceeded out the door with me to say thank you. These guys are very talented and should definitely be charging more! Give this place a shot! 😀 P.s. raise your prices!!!!

Well i had a wonderful hair cut my first and last time here.My hair dresser was Shin and if you ever get a chance let him make you day he is great.Why my first and last time is ...I start calling on june 1 to make appointment and girl sad nothing till june the 20.I sad ok et it be but if anybody cancel feel free to call me I live close to salon.I did call several times to check but nothing.Ok glad they have customers.i called today to check my status aand gess what I am not on the list and noting free for next 2 weeks.So time to look for another hair salon thank to the girl on the phone.Sorry Shin no more 30$ tip for happy client
