I have been going to Katie Swanson for the last year. I have always found it difficult to find someone good and reliable to cut my hair when I grow it out. She has been great dealing with my thick hair and giving suggestions on styling tips as well. 10/10 would recommend her services.

Katie listens to what you want, is very professional, very good, and on schedule. I have been going to Chandler for over two years and they make getting your haircut easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Best salon in town. Stylists have lots of experience and really listen to their clients. They specialize in Men’s styling, and offer many additional services.

Nothing worse than having a busy schedule, showing up to your hair appointment and the doors being locked. All this made worse that they require pre-paid service. Given their niche as an expensive hair salon in SB, you would expect they at least show up to your scheduled appointment. Don't tend to write negative reviews but I'm a strong proponent of giving honest customer feedback to make businesses better. This is a big fail on their part. Lot's of other great places to get your hair cut in SB.

Gillian did a fantastic job getting my son’s hair back under control and looking extra sharp for picture day! Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a quality haircut!

I just wanted to thank Isaac for doing an amazing job. My family is always VERY critical of my haircuts, and Isaac nailed it. He really listened and just did a great job. It’s the first haircut in a several years that I can remember getting compliments on, from my family and wife.

Made an appointment with Brandon and am very very happy with my cut! Salon has a nice atmosphere, everyone there was super friendly. I had really long hair and wanted to chop it off for summer. I was looking for a cute simply look and Brandon delivered. Highly recommend. 💇‍♀️

My boyfriend got his haircut here. His stylist refused to listen to what he wanted, and insisted on doing it how she thought it would look “best.” Completely unfortunate and unprofessional. Listen to your clients, especially if they know what they want. Do not waste your money here, it’s gonna cost you a pretty penny for a botched cut.

I had the best experience with Brandon! I was way overdue for a proper cut and he took such good care of my long, thick hair. He gave me exactly the movement and shaping I wanted and was a delight to chat with! I’m so glad I found Brandon and Chandler Salon!
