For those who don't know and loved Changes Salon like it did. Jim has retired and Changes became a Leon's. I did the same as the review below and tried to call for a haircut. I work close by so I just stopped by to see why the phone wasn't working and Jim informed me of the decision he made. I got to give him a hug and wish him the best. On a brighter note, I got my haircut right then and there. I met an amazing stylist named Leah. She did an amazing job and told her that I had a wedding to go to. She said that she would cut it in a way that made it look like it wasn't freshly cut and it was great. I stopped by today to make my second appointment with her bc I lost the card and nothing has been updated just yet with the new location. Give them a try! They're super sweet and do a great job.... Plus it's hair. It will grow back. Lol Thank you, Jim! For everything!

I used a coupon for my first visit and was delighted with the stylist. Very nice decor. Not very crowded. Everyone very friendly and thoughtful. I have been back twice since my first visit and will continue to go there. My stylist is first rate as are all the stylists I've observed. Pricing is very reasonable.

I would love to continue to support this business, but due to the lack of professionalism I refuse. Every time an employee leaves, regardless of the situation, the owner does everything in his power to steal away their clientele. This is not the first time I’ve received 50% off after a valued employee moved on to bigger and better things. Do better Jim.

Jim did a wonderful job on my hair. He is so amazing!! I always love talking to him while he works his magic. He made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. I will be back many times and I recommend him to anyone wanting to bring some life back into their hair! Such an amazing place.

Wow....is all I can say. The place was so clean and decorated nicely. Jim was amazing! He colored my hair and added all over highlights! A fresh look and I love it! I will be coming back for sure!!

Absolutely fantastic experience! As soon as I got to the salon my temperature was checked, I immediately had to wash my hands, and masks were required. Salon was extremely clean and neat. Jim was wonderful, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made great conversation! I love my new hair cut and will absolutely be returning!

I wanted to tell everyone about Changes Salon and Spa! I tried to do my hair color during this time and I really made it bad. Red orange could have been a color used to describe my hair and that is not my choice of color. Today before I entered the salon they took my temperature and then I immediately had to go wash my hands. Masks are mandatory for everyone and there is a young lady that is cleaning everything behind everything that was touched. I also had my own private room which made it even better! I am so happy to have my hair pretty again and wanted to tell everyone that this is a safe place to go!!! I would ask for Jim when you make your appointment but all of the stylists there are great!!!

I was referred to Julie at Changes by a friend and am so happy about it. She understands what I want when I can't always articulate it. She is so friendly and easy to talk to. Everyone there is welcoming and the place is clean, professional and inviting. I am so happy I am a client now and I'd suggest it to anyone looking for a great place.

My stylist left Changes for a better opportunity (and to work for somebody better), so the owner of changes sent letters to all her clients offering them free stuff if they would keep going there instead. Petty and unprofessional.

The hairstylist was annoying, used the wrong guard and cut my hair too short. Never coming here again, I wouldn't pay for this again. Gotta live 4 months at least to get my hair back to normal

Warm and inviting atmosphere and expert cuts every time from my 5 year old to me to my husband. We have never had any complaints and everyone is always so upbeat and pleasant. It's so easy to explain what I want and actually come away with it.
