Norma does a phenomenal job with cutting and styling! Her work is truly exceptional, and she’s been an absolute lifesaver after my many failed attempts at trimming my own bangs at home. I couldn’t be happier with the results—she’s the best!

Gotta a haircut and was definitely satisfied with the work they did I definitely recommend anyone to come in and get your hair cut styled n they even do nails for you women who like there nails done I definitely recommend it I give them 5 stars for they're awesome customer service n the way they take pride in the work they dom

I have been here in the past & have always felt a negative energy...but today going to get my hair colored & cut..I must say it was the worst experience.! I could just feel nothing but negative energy all around me.! they don't even acknowledge you when you go in..they have you sit there without saying anything..! so unprofessional! I will never be back at this place & do not recommend to anyone.. let me not forget to mention that my hair looks so choppy in the color looks horrible😔 to be honest I would like to see their certifications because I see none!! I will be making a report of this.!

TERRIBLE, UNHYGIENIC & UNPROFESSIONAL I took my girls for a blowout and pedicure. What a total waist of money! They did not wash their hair let alone blow dry it straight. Instead, they flat ironed they're unwashed hair and charged me $80 for a shotty job. I had to point out large strans of wavy hair that have not been flat ironed straight! Charging for blowout and not washing their hair is unethical and just not done in a respectable salon. The pedicures were an even worse experience! The technician is extremely unprofessional. She's rough and I seriously question her qualifications. She removed the nail polish off our toes by sanding it off! No point did she use nail polish remover. They only have 10 colors to choose from. Charging top dollar and only offering10 colors for professional service is mind blowing! The tech was on her phone texting and calling most of the time. The water basin to soak your feet was visibly filthy as she did not rinse in between customers! She reused towels. I had to ask her to sanitize her tools in between pedicures. While she did a good job on the design It is not worth getting fungus or an infection due to her unhygienic practices. I was charged $150 for three pedicures and a total of $250 for all of the services! WHAT A SCAM!!! They charge the same price as top notch salons while providing terrible service in a filthy salon. Sadly, this business was recommended to me and after my experience will they will no longer be recommended to anyone else. I also cannot in good conscience recommend this business to anyone, especially to those who are looking to spend their hard-earned money for reputable and qualified salon services. In hindsight, I did not see any certificates of qualifications anywhere. While I genuinely wanted to support a local business, this was a complete waste of money. The only reason I gave it a star was because you can't go any lowe!

Took my daughter to get her hair done for a quinceañera and they didn't even do the style the girl chose on any of the girls. I think they need to refund the mom because that is wrong to take money and not do what was wanted. Terrible business will never do business with these lady's they also looked like they were man and bugged and didn't want to do the girls hair
