My son went in for a haircut and showed her what he was looking for. The mom gave him an uneven bowl cut, charged him, and sent him on his way. We have to take him somewhere else to get it fixed now. I will be calling tomorrow about getting him a refund. He is completely embarrassed by his new haircut. Update: When I contacted them about the poor service, the daughter said she would give a refund. When my husband went to pick it up, they were "closed." I called, and the Mom argued that I'm not a hairdresser, so I don't know what a bad haircut looks like and refused the refund. After arguing with her that people with eyes can see a bad haircut, she gave the refund. Don't waste your time or money here!!

Muy mal servicio.la madre ya no hace su trabajo bien, sorry pero es así me corto de mas mi pelo y no lo pinto cómo debería arruino mi pelo. Ojo pidan ser atendidos por chanty y no por la madre.

I highly recommend you come to Chanty and Mom Hair Salon. Chanty is very good at what she does. I have been coming to her for 2 years now and even times where I have gone to other hair stylists or tried to dye my own hair and messed it up she has always fixed my hair as best she could. Her prices aren't crazy either!!! Come and check her out I promise you won't be disappointed. ❤️️❤️️❤️️
