Love, love, and love this place! Services are great and the staff is super friendly. The environment is adorable and super clean. Jen makes services that could otherwise be uncomfortable easily tolerable.

It's my first time to get Botox here. The operator's technique made me feel ineffective. I don't think the medicine was injected accurately into my masseter muscle.I was disappointed because I spent 600 dollars and my masseter muscles were still tight and I couldn't eat normally.

Amazing staff! Everyone there is very kind and welcoming. Alysha is incredible. She always makes sure to pay extra attention to detail and makes sure everything is perfect. She also focuses on making sure I am comfortable during the appointment and confident in the services I am getting.

I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect when I went to the Studio They were nice, courteous, friendly and very helpful when answering all my questions and concerns . They went over all my options and explained everything thoroughly . I was very comfortable and relaxed and they put my mind at ease. I definitely will be going back. Thanks again!

I've been going to Alysha at Chapter in Green Bay for Xeomin treatment for the last 9 months or so. The results are great! I've always been treated kindly from the moment I walk through the door. The staff are very professional. The facility is very clean with a modern but cozy aesthetic. There is a comfortable sitting area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea before your appointment. I highly recommend Chapter if you're considering Botox/Xeomin or any of the other services they offer.

From the time I called to schedule to the end of my visit was amazing ! So professional and friendly let alone knowledgeable about their services and products ! Jennifer was so patient, since a lot was new for me 😉 she took the time to explain and actually hear what I was asking for engaging in what the outcome may look like! Updated: 3 months later and still no response from company. My forehead Botox I received (and mind you I received double what I usually get is now completely gone. I usually get my forehead injected and it lasts close to a year. *added photos*) Now having to go and pay my old injector to redo treatment and formulate evidence against the quality of treatment received because the merchant refuses to do the right thing. I was initially really happy to hear about this place and their wonderful deals. However, I was skeptical because their injectors had minimal experience. Regardless, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled my appointment. The facility is nice and clean and my injector was extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. However, I am extremely unhappy with my results. I had several things done including cheek filler, lip filler/lip flip and forehead botox. I am happy with my lip filler, however, my cheek filler is AWFUL and was a complete waste of money. It seems as though the filler is sitting in the lower portion of my cheeks vs my cheekbones, which is making my eyes look hollowed out. I also have these huge patches of what I’m assuming is migrated filler, you can even see the point of which the needle was poked in. People keep asking me if I’m having an allergic reaction and it’s embarrassing and upsetting considering I spent a lot of money to enhance my appearance. I got Botox for my scowl lines which I always get once a year from another provider. I am always frozen in that area for a good year. It has been a month and I still have movement there. I also notice that my lip flip also has more mobility than it has in the past. Ironically, they implied I needed more units than my past injectors have used, just for it to end up being less effective. At this appointment I was also persuaded into buying Chapter Branded product which has also been terrible to my skin. I have an appointment Thursday and will update this if something can be done. As of right now, I am extremely upset about not only my skin but the over $1000 I spent here. After invalidating every concert I had, their solution was to offer me one free treatment with a cheaper type of Botox that only lasts a few months.

I absolutely love coming here! I’ve been to many places over the years for different services and this is by far my favorite. The entire staff is great and makes you feel so welcomed. I have to specifically mention Alysha - she is so knowledgeable and does an incredible job with her work.

I absolutely love this place!! The employees are amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's like one big Happy Family. You should have a family night to show products n services with a discount for those who don't know all the services that you have and what they consists of.

I went for the first time to have my usual 11’s touched up. They convinced me I needed more than I usually get and said to try a lip flip and some in my chin. My chin has movement issues to this day and the lip flip was the worst thing I’ve ever done cosmetically. It did absolutely zero for me, i looked and felt like I had a stroke. I couldn’t move my lip to suck a straw or clean off a spoon/fork. They had a promo for half off their version of tox but I feel I was upsold so they can get more money. My usual Botox of 10 units turned in to 35 units. My friend went and they gave her 70 units which was completely unnecessary!!!

This review is to alert you to the unprofessionalism of this studio. I had the manager, Alexis, text me on a Monday morning, only one hour prior to my scheduled 9:00 a.m. final Trilogy appointment to cancel that appointment. This appointment had been made seversl weeks earlier. Because I work in a forward facing job that requires me to take off, at the minimum, two days for a Trilogy session. This cancellation not only was a set back in results, but a large personal and financial inconvenience. Alexis informed me that she knew on that previous Friday that they would not be able to perform the service because she failed to order the needed tips in time. Her lack of a professional attitude was glaring and a disappointing reflection on Chapter Aesthetic Studio Green Bay. I contacted her superior, Kerstin, who assured me they would make up for the lack of professionalism. When I asked to be reimbursed for the final session rather than potentially lose PTO (again) and have another cancellation- I have had zero response by either Alexis or Kerstin. Crickets! Beware of purchasing any type of package as their cancellation policy only seems to benefit them. Regret having to even give them a star!
