Bydia truly cares about the health of your hair which is hard to find. She's not just a stylist, she is a hair care specialist. I truly enjoyed my experience with the Charlie's Angels shop. It gave old school salon energy mixed with new school beauty and I loved every bit of it.

This was my first time at the shop. I loved the atmosphere and decor of the shop. I read the reviews and chose Jacques Bydia as my stylist and was not disappointed. She was very friendly and welcoming. She did a great job on my short style. I have received many compliments on how pretty and healthy it looks. It was easy to book my appointment and they have multiple, convenient payment options. I love the outcome of my hair. Make an appointment with Jacques Bydia, you won’t regret it. You can also purchase product to keep your style fresh until the next appointment. I will definitely be returning to her chair every two weeks! I am an introvert and Jacques made me feel comfortable and open to conversation with her. We talked and laughed about different things.

I recently found out about this business from CLT black business group on Facebook. I came across several posts from a stylist named Katrina. One post she shared stood out to me the most because it was about treating a scalp condition for a client of hers. I scheduled a consultation with her and she provided me with a lot of information and explained to me from start to finish how she could take care of my hair and to treat my scalp condition. Today was my official visit with getting my hair done by Ms. Katrina and I must say I was BLOWN away by the results. Everything she explained to me during my consultation she did exactly that at my hair appt plus so much more. She is so amazing at what she does and she is very knowledgeable. The atmosphere in this place is phenomenal and everyone in there is so nice. I'm so glad I FINALLY found a stylist who not only styles my hair but is able to treat my condition and provide me information on how to maintain my hair between visits and just to help me keep a healthy lifestyle for me and my hair. Finding Ms. Katrina was a blessing in disguise because she really is an angel. I also want to acknowledge another stylist Mia. Even though she didn't service me, she still provided me with information about my condition and was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. For anyone looking for some true angels to give you some TLC to your crown make sure you contact Charlie's Angels. You will NOT be disappointed at all. I’ve been in Charlotte for a few years and but my experience with this business was one of the worst ones thus far. Karina is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s really gross to see a Black women treat other Black women is this manner. It honestly felt like Karina had no home training. Very nasty attitude/work, if I’m being honest. When Black women go to the shop to get our hair down, we should be treated with care and consideration. I was not treated with such and will not be returning.

Katrina has been my stylist for years! She is my PHD-Professional Hair Doctor! Jack of all trades but specializing in natural hair care! This stylist knows her stuff! I have been looking for a stylist since relocating to NC. Today I had the pleasure of visiting Charlie’s Angels Beauty Bar. This was my first visit, everyone in the shop was very polite and professional. Katrina was the stylist who serviced me. Let me tell you she truly is an Angel!! She asked questions to get to know me the client, and patiently answered any and all questions I had. Katrina explained everything step by step. I left a very satisfied customer! I am so thankful I found this salon and Katrina!

I just moved to town and was super nervous about trying a new stylist, but Angel was amazing! She was so warm, welcoming, and professional. She started right on time, managed everything so smoothly, and had me in and out without any hassle. Plus, my hair turned out gorgeous! I’ll definitely be coming back!

I called the salon on a Friday inquiring about walking in for a silk press. They were able to get me in within the hour. Katrina was my stylist and she did an excellent job walking me through the process. She and the other ladies were so personable and my hair looks and feels amazing. I can tell she prioritizes healthy hair and that’s important to me. I will absolutely be back.

My daughter’s father took on to get her hair done yesterday. He sent me this picture of her hair being finished. Stylist tried to charge him $40 for a trim. She was supposed to get the diamond package. This is unacceptable!

I booked an appointment with Mia and she is very sweet. Mia educated me on my alopecia (couple smalls spots). I received a protein treatment and silk press. My hair felt and looked so healthy and full when she finished. I was very impressed with her service. I'm glad I found her. I'm getting so many compliments!

I am beyond satisfied. Bydia is my stylist, she is a 10/10.. Highly recommend her! She's attentive, professional and a perfectionist. She knew exactly how to treat my natural hair, prior to getting my sewin. My hair grew 2 inches in a little over one month. I absolutely love the atmosphere at the salon. Everyone is hospitable and warm.

Omg first impression was the best. The environment is beautiful. This salon makes you feel like royalty "QUEEN STATUS most definitely." Everyone there is pleasant and polite, plus a smile. These women are all amazing at what they do. I was observing while I was getting my hair saved and brought back from so much death. Katrina gave me a beautiful short cut exactly how I showed her. I was referred to Katrina by not 1 but 2 family members and she has been my stylist for the last 4yrs. Katrina has brought my hair back to being healthy and well managed. She cares about you as a person and will share her knowledge about how having a healthy body leads to healthy hair. She has even adjusted my hair regiment to accommodate any changes to my health. This has been my second visit here at Charlies Angels and Bydia has done nothing but take care of me. She is confident in her work and making me feel comfortable with what she is doing! She has been doing my hair for a year and I must say it definitely made a change! I love her spirit and her energy! Come see my girl for all your healthy hair needs!
