Omg I love Loren! She’s so fun and sweet. Makes sitting in a chair for hours feel like minutes. I had very long brown hair and decided to make a change. I gave Loren a pic for inspo and she understood the assignment and CRUSHED IT beyond expectations. Could not be happier with my new cut and color. If you go see her, you will not regret it!

Loren is absolutely amazing at what she does. I had damaged hair and really was not happy with how I was looking. When I came in she took the time to have a consultation about my expectations and what would be the least damaging for my hair. She went through colors and what would look best with my skin tone, by far the most thorough consult I’ve ever had. Let me tell you the it was well worth the over hour drive. I have had multiple compliments on my hair in less than a week. I feel so much better, I will definitely be back.

I went to Loren after not loving my last hair experience. She was absolutely amazing - she knew exactly what I wanted for cut, color, everything. I left with a perfect looking lived in balayage. Highly recommend her if you are looking to get your hair refreshed!!

Loren does the most amazing hand tied extensions! The hair she uses is super thick and high quality and her method for installing the extensions is quick and extremely comfortable. I get so many compliments on my hair and I could not be happier with it!!!

Loren was amazing!! Super sweet and easy going. Left me feeling speechless as I left the salon. First time getting my hair professionally cut. I have fine hair and she was able to tailor a look to frame my face without making it look choppy and cheap. Definitely will be returning!! ❤️

After a lot of searching for new stylist after leaving my previous stylist of 9 year I found Loren. I don't want to sound dramatic. But I must, she is a diamond to the hair industry. I've been to MANY hair dressers before my previous and I'll say I found many to be unrelateable and hard to connect with. Not only is Loren an incredible stylist, she's a wonderful human being to be around and this is coming from me- who gets very nervous around new people. I felt at home with her. Loren was gentle without me asking her to be, treated me with respect and kindness. She give a wonderful massage during washing and she cut my hair in a style I wanted to a T!!! She asks questions, takes her time and let's you know what to expect with the result. She blew put my hair and made me feel incredible. I literally got tears in my eyes. I felt so appreciated and loved. Never have a I felt so much warmth by a hair dresser. Loren always keep doing what you do because there are NOT many like you and we need more of you!!

I really appreciate the time Loren takes to talk about what I want to achieve with my hair (and also speak plainly about what is and isn't possible - helps avoid any disappointment/hair disasters!) She's super friendly and easy going and I love how she's bringing some blonde back to my hair whilst trying to help me improve its condition. Definitely recommend for highlights and a cut!

Loren has amazing attention to detail and really listens to you as the client. I came in for a color correction with a lot of orange to remove from my hair :(. Loren went over my goals, what was realistic, and was very meticulous with her application to correct my blonde. The result is exactly what I was looking for and I feel like myself again!

Loren is the best! I first went to her to get extensions for my wedding and now I don’t want to ever go anywhere else. The extensions look amazing and blend with my hair seamlessly. My color has always looked perfect and is exactly what I ask for. Loren is very detail oriented and went out of her way to make sure every piece and angle was colored exactly how I wanted it before my wedding. She really listens and came up with a plan for my blonde hair that keeps it healthy and still gives me the look that I’m going for. I trust Loren to be honest about the process so that I know what to expect. She’s also super nice and real and makes her clients feel comfortable in her chair. I can tell that she really cares!

Definitely 10/10 Loren took her time to analyze my hair , the texture , thickness and gave me exactly what i was looking for in a haircut . My hair feels brand new , as soft as cotton , with all the dead weight she removed off my hair. She gave me a cut that suits my face shape and compliments it ! Also Her colleague Samantha gave me the most perfect and rich all over color (copper) for fall that I’m completely in love with . She formulated the color to fit my skin tone and bring out the warmth in me . Love love love and I’m getting sooo many compliments. You guys will not be disappointed coming to these two !

If you’re looking for an experienced Balayage hair colorist look no further but Charlotte Mane! As a Latina is really hard to get the right blonde tones and highlights without washing me out, looking harsh or damaging my hair in the process but Loren did a phenomenal job! If you have dark hair and you’re wanting to go blonde I recommend Loren 100%!! She took the time to listen and talk to me about the process that would be best for my hair goals. Loren, also educated me about different types of hair products and why they will benefit to the health of my hair. I’ve had Balayage done on my hair before and I understand that any chemicals used on hair will do some type of damage but I have to say that the process Loren used did NOT fried my hair! Loren, truly cares about her clients and the health of their hair. I am a new loyal client of hers. (including before and after photos)

Loran is incredible. Hands down the best experience with a hair professional that I have ever had. Not only did she take the time to make sure all my split ends were tended to, not just the ones at the very bottom of my hair, she also took the time to educate me on proper care for my hair. I have BEGGED “professionals” in the past to give me hair care tips and tricks and have still not gotten the advice I was seeking. Loren offered advice and hair care tips before I even asked and I know she likes to leave each client with a little bit of knowledge about their hair without making you feel stupid. She has wildly exceeded any and all expectations I’ve ever had for a hair care professional. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars in the past for services, and have never had my hair feeling this healthy, smooth or cared for. AND I’ve never come out of an appointment feeling like I’ve been given proper advice (or care in general), until now. 100/10 would recommend Charlotte Mane for all your hair needs. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about every head of hair that walks through her door. As long as I am in the Charlotte area I will never let anyone else but her and her associates touch my hair again. THANK YOU LOREN!

She took time to go through what I was looking for and walked me through each step as she worked which made me feel more comfortable. This kind of extra info helps me when I read other people’s reviews so that’s why I’m sharing- I am a 24 year old girl who moved here from Utah, a place that has SO many super experienced and amazing hairdressers that are very up-to-date with their trends and hair education, so I’m picky 😬 Loren is amazing! I moved to Charlotte recently & was super nervous about finding the right hair stylist. I’ve had three different appointments, and Loren has cut my hair, given me a dimension drop and an all over color. She’s does beautiful work & balances what I’m looking for with her professional opinion perfectly. Also her assistant Kalea (hopefully I spelled that right) is so kind & great at what she does as well. Not nervous at all when she’s helping with my hair. So happy!!

What a great experience I’d gotten with Loren! I’m very picky about who does my hair, after some searching I found Loren on Instagram and I decided to give her a try to get my colored my hair for the first time ever!! First of all, Loren is a very professional, perfectionist and trustworthy stylist. She goes out of her way to give her customer a great experience. She always wants the best interest for her customers. She did my hair and because of my curly hair and skin tone; I didn’t wanted to go all blonde with the balayage. She did my hair as I wanted and got an amazing hair cut. I’m loving my new hair look as well as my family and friends! She definitely became my favorite stylist!
