5 Star all around! First of all the facility was VERY clean, well kept and followed all the covid-19 guidelines. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and Modern Chic as so the receptionist who greets you. 👍 My first experience was a few months ago, I got a full Treatment facial from Patty. And let me say it has improved my skin 100% i dont get brakeouts anymore and skin is glowing! The equipment was up to date and safe for use! Patty went over and beyond to educate me on how to properly take care of my skin. Charm sales all the skin products to keep my skin glowing and healthy as well. This past week I got a full body Treatment (from Patty as well) and it was an Amazing experience that left me feeling and looking heather and slimmer lol. +Plus you get a free mini facial when you get this treatment. Patty is very knowledgeable about her work and products. She takes her time to make you feel comfortable, shes very attentive and kind. The treatment was by far the best service I've ever had. Its a MUST! Thank you Charm for taking care of all my skin and facial needs😊😊😊 Charm is a one stop shop for all your beauty needs i wont be going anywhere else from now on.

I got a Thai massage from Winnie and it was amazing! I felt so relaxed after 60 minutes. I love the different stretches that were incorporated into the massage. I also received a facial and it was wonderful. My skin was so hydrated and I appreciated the tips she gave me to help keep my skin healthy.

I usually spend $135-$155 for haircut and color in salon with average 1.3-2.3 hours for both. This place was the most expensive hair cut and color I ever paid, $194, and the longest time, 5 hours from 11am-4pm with no food or drink, I ever wasted in hair salon. The host lady never answered my question about the price of haircut and full highlight on the phone or when I showed up until the end! Very upset plus extra babysitter fee because they took sooooooo long to be done. Not so happy.

I went to have a facial and massage. The spa was very clean and the staff was so friendly and kind. I got right in and had my facial first--she was very knowledgeable and skilled. I have had a facials before but this one--she used a lip plumping serum and a hand held uv light to really sculpt my lips, cheekbones and jawline, and I loved the results! Then I had my massage, which was so relaxing and soothing. She was an expert, it was heavenly! I would definitely go again.

Very thorough work and a beautiful outcome. Going there for the first time was a blast with the amount of consideration put into my hair and well being as a general. Working with Teresa was a wonderful experience; everyone was really friendly, and I look forward to all future visits ☺️
