Went for a haircut! Charo was so sweet and the haircut was affordable. (I'm in college so it's awesome for me lol) I got exactly what I wanted! She's super good with textured/curly hair which is something I was worried about but the length was perfect. I'll definitely be back again :)

I went here when my appt from a big salon was cancelled last minute. Charo was my last minute rescue she attended me and gave me an excellent blowout and a hairstyle. She was patient and knows her job well. I would highly recommend her .

She really treated me right. Service was 10/10 & the price is unbelievably affordable for a wash/cut/blow dry in Williamsburg. After my first cut with Charo, I’ll never go anywhere else!

Charo is the best! I’ve been coming to Charo’s for years and she is the only person I trust with hair treatments; relaxers, dyes, bleach, etc. The blow outs will leave your hair bone straight and will last for more than a week. Charo is patient, experienced and very friendly. You will come out the salon looking popping and with a smile on your face. Come see and ask for Charo!😊🤩🤩

My mom came to see Charo to see if she could get a color correction and hair cut to get rid of damaged hair from a horrible experience from a different salon. Needless to say my mom left Charo’s chair looking amazing, her hair color vibrant and hair cut amazingly suited for her. Thank you so much Charo!

Charo does an amazing job! She pocesses a lot of patience and dedication to her work. Blowouts are the best and last long. Her brazilian keratin treatments are excellent. The salon is a very friendly environment. Remember ask for CHARO!

For over a decade I’ve gone to big establishment high-end salons in the city to get my hair cut. I found Charo Celeste by accident when I needed my haircut quickly and the cut was so good and affordable I will never go anywhere else. Love this place 🙌

I am here in NYC for a wedding, that’s on a Sunday. Charo came in on her day off to give me an updo. Not only do I appreciate her time, but she did an amazing job with extra touches. Wish I could have her as my stylist in Florida! Charro is amazing!!!!

I called this salon looking around Williamsburg for asap availability and Charo said I was able to show up right away! She quoted me right after I walked in the door (very affordable for how long I'd let my hair grow out and how badly damaged it was), she stuck to this price after spending hours on mothers day to make sure she made it look just how I wanted! I am so happy with the results! Not only did she take care of my hair without damaging it, she offered cut, color and treatment, while treating me like a longtime customer and family member with food and drinks. I've been to three other salons in Williamsburg and this hospitality and affordability is unmatched. I would give so many more stars if I could! Thank you Charo! <3
