His color correction was absolutely transformative. My hair feels & looks flawless. He perfectly blended & highlighted my hair so precisely. Took his time knowing the extreme lengths of my hair & the correction at hand. With consideration & tons of patience Rigo seamlessly and completely neutralized my hair, giving it the most natural, radiant and balanced hairstyle. Those expertise are quite unique, honestly ! My stylist Zach Gabrielyan is amazing! He’s by far the most meticulous and hardworking stylist and you can see how much passion he has for his craft. Every time I go in for an appointment, he makes the session fun and creative by bringing out the best look for you and collaborating with you to find what works best. I highly recommend asking for him when you book your appointment!

I had an incredible experience at this salon in West Hollywood. I worked with Zach, who was so attentive and really listened to what I wanted. The salon itself feels like a calming resort, a little oasis in the city. They use amazing products with simple, clean ingredients, which I loved. The head massage Zach gave was out of this world, and the back-massaging wash station took the experience to the next level. Highly recommend!

I went in for a cut with Zach and left so so happy and in love with myself and my hair! He really takes his time perfecting the cut and makes sure you leave feeling gorgeous. I also loved the products he used in my hair it smelled amazing. And the place is so stunning. It looks like you’re at a glamorous spa with a homey feel to it. Overall I definitely will be going back to Zach in the future!!! 😊😊

Zach at Chaz Dean Studio is incredible! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was at a high-end spa—the bungalows are so beautiful and calming. The whole experience is just amazing. Zach did such a great job with my color! He took his time, really listened to what I wanted, and delivered results that were beyond what I expected. My hair looks so fresh, and the cut is perfect—it falls just right. He’s clearly an expert, and you can tell he’s passionate about what he does. I can’t recommend Zach enough! If you’re looking for someone who truly knows their craft and makes you feel totally cared for, he’s your guy. I’ll definitely be going back!

Horrible people to live near by they have employee parking yet they all double park and hit cars while parking I believe possible drunks when leaving work ...I have it all on video ...let's not get started with unlimited smoking breaks off property.....disgusting disgusting disgusting....I own apartment buildings near by so my cctv has everything recorded from up here ...everything

I have been to this studio 3 times now, and will go here and only here from now on. Zach is an expert at styling all around. From my men’s “modern mullet” to my girlfriends “long shag” no mess stands a chance with him. He has the vision and dedication that is almost impossible to find nowadays. Not to mention the atmosphere is breathtaking and extremely clean. Worth every penny. Thank you Chaz Dean studio!

I absolutely loved my experience at Chaz Dean Studios. First of all, the atmosphere?! So so phenomenal! I felt like I was in an otherworldly lush garden environment. All the employees were so kind and helpful. I went in for a cut and blowout and my stylist Zach was so incredible! He is so thorough and attentive with his work. He truly wants you to look and feel good. I especially love that he is honest with what he thinks will look good on you and always goes above and beyond when bringing your vision to life. Trust him, and you're in good hands!

I had an issue, which does not matter in light of the way CDS handled it. They immediately took action, fixed the problem graciously, and made me feel great about coming back. And I will, because the staff is excellent and the environment is beautiful and serene.

I have been visiting Rigo for over 8 years now and I will never let another stylist touch my hair. His command of men’s hairstyles is legendary and I’ve yet to leave his chair with anything but a top notch cut and style. If you’ve struggled to find quality and consistency look no further.

I decided to cut my long hair super short and would only trust Zach! I showed him an inspiration photo and as always, he nailed it. Zach has been doing my cut and color for four years now and I always walk away in love with my hair. And I always get compliments. 😍 Thank you Zach!

May seem "expensive" but it is worth every penny and the tip on top of it. Considering the studio itself (which is essentially a zen garden), the ambience, the service from staff, and of course, the great haircut I got, this place is worth the price. Will be coming back. Benn was my stylist and I am so happy about my cut and will be coming back.

Disappointed as I went there to get a new hair cut which I specifically said on the phone when making the appointment. When I went in and said to the hair stylist that I have had the same cut for 40 years and I’m ready for a change as I was turning 60; my gut said leave as he was quite young and also said he after I had my hair washed that he was burned out working here when I asked him If he liked working there, I said to him I’d like something a bit sexy and funky and well I left with a trim for $120 and that’s without tip. I didn't say anything as it was obvious he wasn’t comfortable taking on a new cut which is when he should have excused himself and got someone in seniority as my time as well as his is important. I did mention to the receptionist when was asked if I was happy and I said I was expecting a transformation and this is not it and left. I also want to mention I don’t get my haircut I guess to say over 20 years as I usually give myself my own trims so when I went there this was a Very Very big deal a very big deal…

I came to this salon specifically to have my hair highlighted, and to be honest, it turned into a disaster. The stylist who worked on my highlights completely missed the mark. Despite showing her clear pictures of what I wanted, which was a vibrant, root-free, bright blonde look, she decided to incorporate some root technique, assuring me that it would look natural as it grew out. I specifically emphasized that I didn't want any roots showing, but when she finished, my roots were more prominent than when i came in! Fast forward four weeks, and I now have this unsightly brown circle at the back of my head. This experience was not only disappointing but also quite costly. I dont remember the stylist's name; she was a young woman with long hair. My sincere advice to anyone considering this salon is to save your money and seek services elsewhere.

I had a wonderful haircut experience with Rigo last week! I've never had a stylist take so much care to create the hairstyle that I really hoped to have. Also Rigo is a lovely human being to chat with. The grounds are absolutely stunning, it's a transformational experience to walk through the entrance and experience the beauty of the garden all around the salon. Two stars is being generous. My first visit was 6 hours long and I left with yellow highlighted hair. I came back to give it another try and at first the color came out cherry red at the roots. She fixed that by tossing on a toner which then made my hair look okay. I figure that going from brunette to having it lightened would be a process and I'm okay with that but I this has become ridiculous seeing as how my first appointment cost $800. The reception desk is a joke! I can rarely reach the salon to book an appointment or they change it on me. I have given up on them.

I’ve been going to Chaz Dean for several months now and they’re absolutely fantastic. The ambience is flawless, they always get back to me ASAP if I need to change something or reschedule, and I leave with vibrant color every time. Truly an oasis in the middle of LA. I’ve been seeing Monica religiously - she’s a breath of fresh air. No matter what kind of day I’m having she brightens it right up!

This review is for Anna Fiorino. I went to her years ago and still to this day, every time that I get my haircut I remember how she got annoyed and berated me for tilting my head. I have spinal issues and my alignment is off from a car accident, so I had no idea I was tilting. I even gently mentioned to her that this might be why. I was genuinely trying to stay as still and straight as possible and kept apologizing. I remember feeling so awful after going to her a few times that I never wanted to go back. I have been to several stylists and no one has ever treated me that way. I am getting treatment for my spine and neck but it’s been a long process. I just felt there was a lack of respect and she mentioned several times how her clients are influencers. Sorry I don’t use social media and am not an influencer. Maybe then she would’ve been nicer to me.
