This place is incredibly unprofessional. In the last two weeks I’ve booked online for a massage and last minute they cancel and say they are fully booked. Mind you I book online, where the times should reflect the schedule. I would not book with them if you are seriously considering getting a massage they are unprofessional. Even as I called to talk about the inconvenience the receptionist was laughing at the fact that I was angry about the cancellation. Take your business elsewhere. Would not recommend!

Amazing experience, love the deals they offer and it’s a super clean environment. Remember to tip for your experience! I saw some folks trying to leave a $5 tip for a couple’s massage, so I recommended coming prepared to tip 20% as customary for any service work.

I’ve been to Chelsea Wellness multiple times and have always done a walk in and had phenomenal service to the point that I’ve taken a couple friends and relatives to pamper them. The ambiance is really nice and it’s usually a very nice relaxing and calming feeling for a really great price. Since I’m accustomed to going there, I know that they usually welcome you and tell you where the restroom is and then explain that you need to derobe and they’ll be back. I also know that there’s usually nice therapeutic music playing. Today was different. My partner needed a massage and I decided to take him there. They thought we needed a couples massage and scheduled one. That’s not an issue at all. I agreed and joined. The two masseuse seemed to be in a huge hurry from the jump. They hurried us into the room and stood outside asking “are you ready” “are you ready” without giving much time to derobe. We had to be in the room for 2 mins when they were knocking and asking if we were ready. There was no therapeutic music playing in the room, only in the hallways. Once they came into the room the entire message felt rushed and rough. My Masseuse in particular was really rough and it felt very uncomfortable and painful despite me telling her she was pressing on me too hard. She was pressing so hard my breast were mashed down to the table. She also kept whispering to the other masseuse and they even began giggling at one point. At one point she left the room for a little while to get the hot stones (this never happened before. They usually have them there). They even ended a little earlier than the time it was to end. However, I was so disappointed with the entire service that I was just glad it was over with. Once it ended, she stood there watching me like a hawk for a tip even though the service was horrible (yes, I tipped). Overall it’s a nice establishment and usually a very nice relaxing and therapeutic experience but I’m just so turned off that I’m not sure I’ll be back. Hopefully this review helps to guide services for others moving forward.

Quick lovely massage. Be communicative and tell them what you want (pressure, focus areas, injuries, painful spots etc) and you will definitely get what you're looking for out of the masseuse. Speak up! They listen and are so sweet and responsive. Thanks always!

‼️ WARNING ‼️ This is by no means a traditional massage. I’m sad to report that the massage lady didn’t seem to have any proper training. She used her finger tips and would push so hard that it would rock my whole body back and forth. I’ve never had a massage like that, and I get them often. I’m severely disappointed.

I found this spot last min & couldn’t believe how incredible my massage therapist CiCi was! I’ve been searching for months for an affordable and local massage therapist and I’m so happy I came across this place. I am someone who needs more so a “medical massage” or deep tissue and she did it perfectly. I will be coming back!

I recently had shoulder surgery and was so tense I didn’t even realize until I went to Chelsea Wellness and they loosened up my stiff joint. It was an absolute game-changer. I’m able to move and lift my shoulder more than before, which has been helping with my workouts. They were so gentle, but thorough. Just as good, if not better than a sports massage. Highly recommend!

I went to Chelsea Wellness for a 90-minute massage & facial package. I was greeted at the door by the staff who then escorted me to my massage room. The room was comfortable temperature and the massage therapist asked me if the lights were ok and we got started. Linda was my massage therapist and she was amazing. She assessed my muscles and told me what pressure levels needed to go in certain areas. I told her ok and she worked out all the extremely tensed places and then finished with a gentle massage. She always communicated what she was going to do before she did it and continuously asked if I was ok. I truly appreciated that level of care. I'm planning to go back for a couples massage and highly recommend Chelsea Wellness. 🌟
