Great experience!! I would recommend her service!! I have long, naturally curly hair and Cher did amazing! Her work was top notch! My hair is shiny and feels so soft! She was quick and detailed! I will return again! *please note I have long hair and she did not charge me extra! Not even a mention of it.

Very unprofessional , takes forever to get ahold of , does not respond to text after she tells you to text that specific number and does not give you what you pay for!! I bought 2 Groupons for my self 1 partial highlight, deep conditioning treatment, cut and style. Then 1 deep conditioning treatment, cut , and style for my daughter . When I made the appointment she asked our hair lengths and type. my 9 year old daughter has mixed curly hair that is shoulder length and she told she is unable to do all those things to her hair and told me that I needed to wash and straighten her hair before bringing her there and she would just send me home with the conditioning treatment I asked if she would at least put some curls in or something so I’m getting my money’s worth since she would technically be only cutting her hair she proceeds to ask “well why are you going somewhere that day or something?” As if I need to give her an explanation on why I’m asking her to style her hair like I didn’t pay for it already. Not to mention she told me that she won’t be able to do the deep conditioning treatment on my daughters hair because it will be to much work and that if she does then I’ll be up charged. She then gave me the option to take the treatment home and do it self for my daughter. When I asked for her to curl her hair so I’m able to get the “styling” portion package I paid for she told me that I have to choose between getting the deep conditioning treatment or getting her hair curled . I was very confused and upset about that simply because I paid for all three and now she is giving me an ultimatum making me pick and choose. Needless to say after that phone call I decided to just cancel both appointment and traded in my Groupons.

Super unprofessional and waste of time. I had bought a Groupon voucher for a haircut and deep conditioning. I made my appointment with time and even asked off work early. I arrived at my appointment and Cher was not there. I waited 45 minutes, messaged her, and called her and never heard back from her. Wasted almost an hour there. Very very frustrated.

took my girlfriend to get her haircut today, a 2:30 APPOINTMENT just to be stood up by the stylist. had to go across the street to super cuts lol. honestly can’t believe this is still a business with clients. if you read the reviews you will see that this is actually standard for this business… you can schedule an appointment but no guarantees the stylist will actually be there… or answer your calls… or text you… just pure unprofessionalism. we did get a call at about 6 pm from said stylist asking if we want to reschedule. what a joke!

Cher is incredible!! She's the only hairstylist in the last 20 years who actually knows how to work with my hair type. Now she's cutting my husband's thick curly hair too and he's never had a better cut. She's also quiet and super chill, so she won't talk your ear off with small talk if you just want to relax 😴

I went in on Thursday January 30th of this year and was so happy with how smooth the process went. Cherish is an amazing hair dresser I swear my hair was so damaged, rough, didn’t look like it was completely taken care of. This woman worked wonders on my hair I went from red hair to brown with blonde highlights. She also had another client at the same time I went in and was such amazing company. We all talked and got along really well definitely not a hostile environment at all. She made my hair feel so good and now it looks and feels so much healthier. I am definitely continuing business with her for the entire time I am in Colorado Springs. I definitely recommend her to every female who is scared of someone getting their hair done. She gives you what you want at an amazing price.

Do not fall for this Groupon. In the fine print it says additional cost for hair longer than nape of neck...that is SO short. So I tried to find out how much more it would be and Cher's response was a ludicrously high amount. In the end it would be almost $150 or more. That is pure sneakiness. There are several other stylists who don't charge extra for hair longer than nape of neck on Groupon, buy theirs. Pure shadiness, not good business. Plus super rude.

Bought Groupon for my wife. She went in person to schedule an appointment, and at the time there was a sign on the door that said "accepting walk-ins." So my wife asked if she could get an appointment for that day. Cher very rudely said no. When my wife asked why the sign said "accepting walk-ins" Cher responded with, "You're a Groupon customer, aren't you." Needless to say, we won't cashing in that Groupon, and from the reviews of other Groupon customers it looks like that's probably for the best. Cher, if you don't want Groupon customers, don't advertise on Groupon!

Worst experience at this salon! The owner/stylist insisted I would HAVE to pay for additional services ($88.00 to be precise) in addition to my Living Social voucher that I had already purchased, if I wanted to achieve the look I was aiming for (I provided several pictures so there would not be any confusion). We discussed the plan at length and I felt confident that she understood what look I was going for. Of course I trusted her and in the end, my hair looked nothing like what I had asked for but she also rushed me out the door (she had another client she was working on) stating that if I wanted any "correction" I would have to wait and come back "next time" BUT it would not be free. I kept pointing out that I could still see some gray hair, my right side was not even with my left side, and the highlights were not light enough (yes, I left with some orange and purple hair). But she ignored me/my comments and continued to work on her other client. I texted her a few days later but she was very defensive and borderline condescending in her responses. I suppose after she was paid, she did not need to be pleasant to me anymore. Additionally, she stated that she actually undercharged me because it took her 4 hours and she should have charged me by the hour. Really ?? It took her 4 hours because she was slow and also worked on her other client. In her line of work, reputation is everything. It appears to me that she is not concerned about that at all. Also, to add to this sickening experience, Living Social was not willing to refund me the $$ I paid for the voucher (I'm cutting ties with Living Social), so, in the end, this terrible experience was very costly for me.

It's been a while seen I got a hair cut done with sharron due to me being out for state for a couple years, I will be making a appointment with sharron here soon... I see all these bad reviews and I'm here to follow this up with a good review for her... She is someone you can count on every time.. She is a wonderful and nice person to be around... She always get back to me when I call or text her for an appointment to schedule when she has and opening and I'm free as well... Sharron has been cutting/style my hair for over 26 years if I could give her 20 stars I would but there is only 5 stars... She is worth my money being spent on I am back and staying in Colorado so now I can make an appointment with her when I actually need one...

Tried to use my Groupon for full highlights, haircut, and a style. It will cost more than the Groupon itself due to length, (which I understand), and to correct the color. I don't need a correction. She refused to just do the haircut for the Groupon price. I feel like I was scammed, and now I'm stuck. When I tried to talk to her on the phone, she argued with me and hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

Just got full highlights, cut and style done via a deal from Groupon. Love the color of the highlights. Couldn't really mess up the cut as I just wanted a trim. The highlights themselves...disappointed. The top layer of highlights is about 1/4in from the roots so it already looks like my hair has grown out since I got the highlights (which was within the last few days). The under layers are closer to 1/2in regrowth look. She dried my hair but didn't style it whatsoever. Just put a little hairspray in it. I went home and had to actually style it. Would I recommend to someone, no. I don't plan on going back either. Like I said, got a groupon deal so I didn't pay full price but if I had paid full price I definitely would've have pushed to get my highlights redone. She was nice but nice isn't enough when you pay money for something like hair.

Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!!!!!!! Had a groupon deal 55.00 for cut, all over highlight and style...of course it ended up being 75.00 ( longer hair) and I tipped 10.00, huge mistake simply because she makes you pay FIRST, before final product, but I did not have cash for tip. She told me it was a corrective color, when all I wanted was more highlight to eliminate the rest of the yellowish/brown hair color in my hair (slowly going platinum), she told me it was a corrective..nothing was corrected, the color is still there, couldn't tell I got highlighted. Cut was a disaster! I explained we had pictures that following Sunday, thank you for the terrible hair day! I am in the process of growing my hair out only needed a trim and wanted to get the "swoop" bangs to cover my forehead....I have never in my life been so disappointed in a hair appt ever!!!! she cut the bangs while wet, didn't even use a comb the cut, just brushed my hair, started from the bottom and cut up towards the face...was terrible since hair fell into her path and now its so chopped and botched, getting it fixed would take off so much length i'm not wanting to do...also a simple trim was amazingly uneven as well...When blow drying my hair instead of using a brush or comb, she used her damn hand with rings and fingernails...I am not tender headed, I left that appt in pain on my head! I texted her the pic of the dried result because the way she "styled" it covered it up perfectly...explained situation I wanted partial money back...did not happen, all she offered was me to come back for her to "fix" the bangs..YOU messed it up, YOU will NEVER touch my hair, again! Which is why i'm taking it here.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!! "saving money" is NOT worth is, you don't save and its is terrible job! this lady needs to stop doing hair!!!!!

This was my 3rd time at the salon, I received 2 hair cuts that I just love! my last appointment was a request to whiten my hair (it was inevitable anyway, I just sped up the process) my hair was "salt and pepper" but Cher did an amazing job. Posted a pic on my facebook only to have 20+ positive reviews. Thanks Cher you have a customer for life!
