It was my first time getting a pedi here. The place is small and quaint. Tracy was my nail technician. She clipped my toe nails short as per my request, but for a second, she got a little heavy-handed cleaning under the nails. But, she quickly adjusted after I mentioned it to her. The toe-nails shape came out exactly as I requested, and she did a great, clean job on painting each and every toe nail. I was able to secure the last appointment of the evening on a few hours' notice. She may have been tired from a long day's work that I practically got just a 30-second foot rub on each side, and it was also pretty light. The ventilation could use some improvement. I suggest wearing a mask when getting nails done here, especially for last appointments, since some of the ladies start using stong-scented cleaning products to wipe down the massage chairs and also mop floors before closing time. Overall, I had a great experience from this place and would definitely go back again!

I’ve been going there since they opened aprox. 10 years ago. I find they are priced right for mani-pedi & go the extra distance, actually work on foot calluses without up selling you. Immaculate & they use sterilization on all their instruments- most important.

Ok so this may be a good spot for pedicures and manicures but definitely a BIG NO on facials. The brochure says 60 minutes but they hardly spend 30-35 minutes and are all done in about 45 minutes. I went in at 5:35 and the lady was all done at 6:15 , and in between most of the time she kept running back and forth doing god knows what. She hardly spent any time doing anything facial related, so I would recommend against facials at this spa or may be they need to change the way they do facials because if you are charging for 60 minutes then spend that time actually doing the job. Highly disappointed

The ladies are nice and do a good job. My polish has held up well after more than a week. The chairs are super comfortable and massage feature is great. I also enjoy the decor. The massage guy is average, I have found a nearby place that offers better (albeit more expensive) massage therapist massages. Edit: I have found the last few experiences here less than satisfactory so am taking away a star. The ladies were lackadaisical in massage and treatment of my hand and feet. I didn't get new polish and there wasn't the attention to detail to at least file my finger nails properly. They also used to do a slight discount if you only wanted a mani/pedi w/o polish, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

Very mediocre, rushed through my pedicure and manicure. Manicure didn’t even get the cut the dead skin around the edges or get the massage at the end. You could tell regular customer for better treatment. I was hoping make this my regular spot but not coming back.

I was a walk-in although I’ve made appointments here in the past. Always very welcoming and friendly to customers. I enjoy the closeness to my home also. Definitely going to try the masseuse next time.

I was given a gift card for Christmas, and I finally had a chance to go. I was not disappointed! They were very gracious to me, from the moment I called on the phone and setting up an appointment for me and accommodating me even though they had a busy schedule this morning, to the actual manicure, which was done very gently and professionally, and when I accidentally nicked my fingernail against the fan while the manicure was drying, my manicurist was very gracious and gentle and without me even asking, redid that fingernail for me. It was also very pleasant no loud or annoying music, very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. In fact I may have nodded off a little bit while my fingernails were drying :-) that was nice to have a pleasant and pampering break in the middle of my busy work day! Also very affordable and honest. I would definitely come back!

Nice ambience with a higher-end feel, but no longer my go-to for several reasons. Hit and miss with the nail techs -- some are lovely, others are quite rude, and skill level also varies. The massage chairs are showing their age, with some ripped and others not working properly. They have a loyalty program but for some reason I am always discouraged from logging my visit, as if they don't want me to ever get to the 11th visit. And on the most recent visit, they told me *after they were done* that all services were now $3 more -- no problem, with inflation and all that the price of everything is up -- but I was there with a gift card my husband had purchased literally the day before, and he had not been informed of the price change so the gift card no longer covered the services he had booked. Luckily I had some extra cash on me so could cover the difference and still give a good tip, but it was something they could have informed customers about *before* they already have their services done. It's a higher-priced salon without anything to really justify it.

NEVER coming back! The lady ( don’t know her name) who did my nails today totally didn’t know what she was doing or simply lied and damaged my nails when removing dip powder. I specifically mentioned that I don’t think taking a fake nail and ripping off the dip powder off my nail (it started lifting) is the right thing to do and will cause damage. She said it’s either that or the electric file that would damage it anyway. WRONG! She was supposed to do it same way you remove gel nail polish by slightly polishing and soaking in acetone. After I paid and walked out I googled it in my car and came back to tell her because she should never do this again to other customers. Her and Natalie kept arguing with me for a while but Natalie eventually agreed the lady made a mistake. My nails will probably take months to recover. I should have requested a refund but I stormed out mad and not ever wanting to deal with them again! Natalie, you should have been on my side in first place since I’ve been your loyal customer for over 3 years now and have never made a single complaint.
